【摘要】：以習近平為核心的新一屆黨中央在領導進行"具有許多新的歷史特點的偉大斗爭"中,深刻闡述和踐行了一系列治國理政的重要思想,形成了比較鮮明的思維輪廓:以堅定不移地堅持和發(fā)展中國特色社會主義為根本前提,以努力實現(xiàn)國家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化為戰(zhàn)略追求,以統(tǒng)籌推進"五位一體"現(xiàn)代化建設為總體布局,以大力推進"四個全面"戰(zhàn)略布局為著力中樞。這個思維輪廓既把握了問題全局,又把握了主要矛盾或關鍵環(huán)節(jié),具有重要的理論意義和實踐意義。
[Abstract]:The new CPC Central Committee, with Xi Jinping as the core, has profoundly expounded and carried out a series of important thoughts of governing and managing government in the "great struggle with many new historical characteristics" led by the Party Central Committee. A relatively clear outline of thinking was formed: to firmly adhere to and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics as the fundamental prerequisite, and to strive to realize the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity as the strategic pursuit. The overall layout is to push forward the "five in one" modernization construction as a whole, and the strategic layout to vigorously promote the "four comprehensive" as the focus. This thinking outline not only grasps the overall situation of the problem, but also grasps the main contradiction or key link, which has important theoretical and practical significance.
