河南省許昌市魏都區(qū)社區(qū)文化建設問題研究（2014-2015）

【摘要】：社區(qū)文化活動是基層群眾豐富精神文化生活,打發(fā)業(yè)余時間的一個最普遍最有效的辦法,近年來社區(qū)文化活動越來越受到上級領導的重視,越來越受到群眾的歡迎,也有越來越多的群眾參與其中。近年來,國家領導一直很關心社區(qū)文化建設工作,特別最近這些年在加大文化基礎設施建設,在群眾文化活動開展方面都做了很大的努力。隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,文化建設越來越成為社會發(fā)展的重要方面。社區(qū)是城市建設的最小單元,社區(qū)文化建設是當今社會文化建設的重要組成部分,伴隨著城鎮(zhèn)化建設程度的加大,基層文化建設在整個文化建設中的作用越來越大,社區(qū)文化的重要性也越來越突出。我國的社區(qū)文化建設是從20世紀80年代開始的,這次以后我國的社區(qū)文化建設才開始慢慢的正規(guī),社區(qū)文化建設方面的研究和探討也是從這里開始的。本文通過對許昌市魏都區(qū)部分社區(qū)展開抽樣調(diào)研,發(fā)現(xiàn)魏都區(qū)社區(qū)文化建設呈現(xiàn)良好發(fā)展勢頭。通過分析總結(jié),也發(fā)現(xiàn)魏都區(qū)社區(qū)文化建設方面存在的主要問題:各社區(qū)文化活動開展基礎差異較大、政府對社區(qū)文化投入資金不夠、社區(qū)文化活動缺乏吸引力、沒有較強業(yè)務能力的組織者和管理者組織活動、內(nèi)容不能滿足群眾的需要。本文通過對魏都區(qū)社區(qū)文化建設存在問題的認真分析,并結(jié)合魏都區(qū)實際,提出了具體對策,即從黨委政府、各級文化負責人、社區(qū)居民提高認識;加大政府投入,統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃社區(qū)硬件設施;突出許昌三國文化特色,圍繞三國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)園,弘揚忠信文化;培養(yǎng)社區(qū)文化管理人才,加強對社區(qū)文化活動指導;引進新鮮元素發(fā)動群眾開展活動等方面入手,扎實做好魏都區(qū)社區(qū)文化建設工作,為許昌市經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展提供精神動力和智力支持。
[Abstract]:Community cultural activities are one of the most common and effective ways for grassroots people to enrich their spiritual and cultural life and to spend their spare time. In recent years, community cultural activities have been paid more and more attention to by their superiors and welcomed by the masses. There are also more and more people participating in it. In recent years, national leaders have been very concerned about community cultural construction, especially in recent years in the construction of cultural infrastructure, in the mass cultural activities have made great efforts. With the development of economy, cultural construction has become an important aspect of social development. Community is the smallest unit of urban construction, and community cultural construction is an important part of social cultural construction. With the increase of urbanization, grass-roots cultural construction plays a more and more important role in the whole cultural construction. The importance of community culture is also becoming more and more prominent. The construction of community culture in our country began in the 1980s. After this time, the construction of community culture in our country began to be formalized slowly, and the research and discussion on the construction of community culture began from here. Through sampling investigation of some communities in Weidu District of Xuchang City, it is found that the construction of community culture in Weidu District has a good development momentum. Through the analysis and summary, it is also found that the main problems in the construction of community culture in Weidu District are: the differences in the foundation of the community cultural activities, the insufficient government investment in community culture, and the lack of attraction of community cultural activities. There is no strong business ability of organizers and managers to organize activities, content can not meet the needs of the masses. Based on the serious analysis of the problems existing in the construction of community culture in Weidu District and the reality of Wei du District, this paper puts forward some concrete countermeasures, that is, to raise the awareness of the Party Committee government, the responsible persons of culture at all levels, and the community residents, and to increase government input. Unified planning of community hardware facilities, highlighting the cultural characteristics of the three Kingdoms, focusing on the cultural industry park of the three Kingdoms, carrying forward the culture of loyalty, training community cultural management personnel, strengthening the guidance to the cultural activities of the community; Starting with the introduction of fresh elements to mobilize the masses to carry out activities, we should do a solid job in the construction of community culture in the Weidu District, and provide spiritual power and intellectual support for the economic and social development of Xuchang.
