【摘要】：本文第一章分析了“薩德”問題產(chǎn)生及其發(fā)展的歷史脈絡(luò)。本章分為兩小節(jié),首先介紹了薩德系統(tǒng)的基本特性,作用,以及大致作戰(zhàn)范圍。并且簡單地分析了韓國與美國商議部署薩德的動(dòng)因。第二小節(jié)介紹了薩德問題從2013年到本論文寫作完成期間薩德問題的發(fā)展情況;第二章分別闡述了中韓在“薩德”問題上的立場(chǎng)與分歧。首先分別站在中國政府和韓國政府兩方的角度分析了中韓雙方對(duì)于該導(dǎo)彈防御系統(tǒng)的態(tài)度和立場(chǎng),之后試析中國政府和韓國政府在部署“薩德”系統(tǒng)上的分歧;論文的第三章主要試析影響“薩德”反導(dǎo)彈系統(tǒng)部署的主要因素,分別從美國部署亞太戰(zhàn)略、完善自身的全球?qū)椃烙到y(tǒng),朝鮮對(duì)于核彈的不斷試射研發(fā)以及韓國自身國內(nèi)因素三方面來分析影響“薩德”部署的主要因素;第四章闡述了薩德問題的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),在分析“薩德”問題的實(shí)質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)上,提出“薩德”問題的未來趨勢(shì)可能在韓國新總統(tǒng)上臺(tái)前,保守派黨政,仍舊與朝鮮對(duì)立,朝鮮半島局勢(shì)將進(jìn)一步惡化,二是進(jìn)步政黨當(dāng)政,提出緩和半島局勢(shì)的政治主張;第五章則是分析美韓部署“薩德”事件,對(duì)中韓關(guān)系的影響。主要通過對(duì)中韓外交關(guān)系的影響,對(duì)中韓經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系以及中韓文化交流的影響等三方面進(jìn)行分析和討論。
[Abstract]:The first chapter analyzes the historical context of the emergence and development of THAAD. This chapter is divided into two sections. Firstly, the basic characteristics, functions, and general combat scope of THAAD system are introduced. And simply analyzes the South Korea and the United States to negotiate the deployment of THAAD motivation. The second section introduces the development of the THAAD problem from 2013 to the completion of this thesis, and the second chapter expounds the position and differences of China and South Korea on the THAAD issue. Firstly, this paper analyzes the attitude and position of China and South Korea on the missile defense system from the point of view of the Chinese government and the Korean government, and then analyzes the differences between the Chinese government and the South Korean government in the deployment of the THAAD system. The third chapter mainly analyzes the main factors that influence the deployment of "THAAD" anti-missile system, and deploys the Asia-Pacific strategy from the United States to perfect its own global missile defense system. The DPRK has analyzed the main factors affecting the deployment of THAAD from three aspects: the continuous test and development of the nuclear bomb and the internal factors of South Korea. Chapter IV describes the development trend of the THAAD issue, and on the basis of analyzing the essence of the THAAD issue, The future trend of the "THAAD" issue may be that before the new South Korean President came to power, the conservative party and government are still in opposition to the DPRK, and the situation on the Korean Peninsula will deteriorate further. Second, progressive political parties take power and put forward the political stand to ease the situation on the peninsula; The fifth chapter analyzes the influence of the deployment of THAAD on the relationship between China and South Korea. It mainly analyzes and discusses the influence on the diplomatic relations between China and South Korea, on the economic relations between China and South Korea, and on the cultural exchanges between China and South Korea.
