【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟社會的發(fā)展,我國的機構(gòu)養(yǎng)老事業(yè)也得到了較快的發(fā)展。人們對于養(yǎng)老的需求也越來越迫切,對機構(gòu)養(yǎng)老事業(yè)的發(fā)展也提出了更高的要求。但是,在當今我國的機構(gòu)養(yǎng)老服務中,滿足多重需求的養(yǎng)老服務還沒有得到真正的實施,這就凸顯了社會工作介入機構(gòu)養(yǎng)老的重要意義。正因為如此,研究通過對T縣福利中心的五保老人進行社會工作的專業(yè)服務,探究社會工作在介入養(yǎng)老機構(gòu)的實施策略。本研究的第一部分是介紹T縣社會福利中心機構(gòu)養(yǎng)老現(xiàn)狀。我國的很多養(yǎng)老機構(gòu)只能夠簡單的滿足老年人的溫飽問題,對于老人們文娛休閑、健康護理、精神關懷這一方面的投入不夠。筆者通過親身的實踐經(jīng)歷,歸納總結(jié)了T縣社會福利中心運行中存在的問題。并對于T縣社會福利中心的老人的基本情況進行了介紹,然后對五保老人在福利中心的需求進行了評估,并對這些需求進行了分析。本研究的第二部分是文章的主體部分。這一部分有兩大板塊,第一板塊是針對社會工作者為滿足五保老人需求所開展服務進行的過程的概述,以及對社會工作服務滿足五保老人需求的評估和反思:分別對五保老人在生活照料、健康護理、文娛休閑、精神關懷等方面所開展的社會工作服務進行了評估和反思;第二大版塊是社會工作在農(nóng)村五保老人機構(gòu)養(yǎng)老問題中的應用策略分析,分別從社會工作者與五保老人的聯(lián)結(jié)策略、社會工作在福利中心的融入策略、社會工作的服務設計策略、社會工作方法的實施策略等四個方面進行了分析。在本研究的最后,進行了有關機構(gòu)養(yǎng)老和社會工作的反思,從工作人員、管理者的觀念以及機構(gòu)養(yǎng)老的服務范圍三個方面,進行了對機構(gòu)養(yǎng)老問題的反思。另外,研究還就社會工作在養(yǎng)老機構(gòu)應用問題提出了一些建議,希望可以推動機構(gòu)養(yǎng)老事業(yè)的發(fā)展進程和社會工作事業(yè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society, the institutional pension in our country has been developing rapidly. The demand for the aged is becoming more and more urgent, and the development of institutional pension has put forward higher requirements. However, in the institutional pension service of our country, the old-age service which meets the multiple needs has not been really implemented, which highlights the importance of social work intervention in institutional old-age care. For this reason, this paper explores the implementation strategies of social work in the pension institutions through the professional service of social work for the five guarantees of the elderly in the welfare center of T County. The first part of this study is to introduce the current situation of social welfare centers in T County. Many pension institutions in China can only simply satisfy the problem of food and clothing for the elderly, for the elderly people recreation, health care, mental care for this aspect of the investment is not enough. The author summarizes the problems existing in the operation of T County Social Welfare Center through personal experience. The basic situation of the elderly in T County Social Welfare Center is introduced, and then the needs of the five guarantees in the welfare center are evaluated, and these needs are analyzed. The second part of this study is the main part of the article. There are two major sections in this section. The first section is an overview of the process of social workers' services to meet the needs of the five guarantees for the elderly. And social work service to meet the needs of the five guarantees of the elderly assessment and reflection: five guarantees of the elderly in the care of life, health care, recreation, leisure, spiritual care and other aspects of social work services carried out assessment and reflection; The second major section is the analysis of the application of social work to the problem of providing for the aged in rural five guarantees for the elderly, respectively from the connection strategy between social workers and the five guarantees of the elderly, and the integration of social work in the welfare center. The service design strategy of social work and the implementation strategy of social work method are analyzed. At the end of this study, we reflect on the institutional pension and social work, and reflect on the institutional pension from three aspects: the staff, the concept of managers and the service range of institutional pension. In addition, some suggestions on the application of social work in pension institutions are put forward in order to promote the development of institutional pension and social work.
