【摘要】：維護(hù)穩(wěn)定和服務(wù)民生是新疆社區(qū)建設(shè)的核心工作。本文通過(guò)對(duì)新疆南部一個(gè)縣城社區(qū)的人類學(xué)考察,描述了特殊時(shí)期國(guó)家在社區(qū)建設(shè)中的強(qiáng)在場(chǎng),以及新疆社區(qū)在社會(huì)控制、社會(huì)資本與社會(huì)治理方面的獨(dú)特態(tài)勢(shì),以此解讀國(guó)家與社會(huì)主體的權(quán)力秩序下社區(qū)的深層運(yùn)行機(jī)制,并探討社區(qū)建設(shè)如何取決于社會(huì)狀況和社會(huì)發(fā)展階段,從而展示一種屬于邊疆社會(huì)治理的圖景與前景。
[Abstract]:Maintaining stability and serving the people's livelihood is the core work of Xinjiang's community construction. Based on the anthropological investigation of a county community in southern Xinjiang, this paper describes the strong presence of the state in community construction in a special period, as well as the unique situation of community in Xinjiang in terms of social control, social capital and social governance. This paper interprets the deep running mechanism of the community under the power order of the state and the main body of society, and probes into how the community construction depends on the social situation and the stage of social development, so as to show the prospect and prospect of a kind of social governance in the frontier area.
