【摘要】：統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的三大法寶之一。新時(shí)期,基層統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作的地位和作用日益重要,深入研究和切實(shí)加強(qiáng)社區(qū)統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作,已經(jīng)成為提高黨的執(zhí)政能力、實(shí)現(xiàn)黨的執(zhí)政使命的重要抓手,廣泛性是愛國(guó)統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線的基本特征,現(xiàn)在對(duì)統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作進(jìn)行鞏固和發(fā)展,成為黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的重要任務(wù)。做好社區(qū)統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作關(guān)系著全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)的進(jìn)程,關(guān)系著基層民主政治建設(shè)的發(fā)展,關(guān)系著社會(huì)穩(wěn)定的大局,關(guān)系著全局性統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作的基礎(chǔ)。本文從社區(qū)治理及社區(qū)統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)的概念定義出發(fā),介紹了統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作與社會(huì)工作方面理論研究,同時(shí)以奉賢區(qū)西渡社區(qū)的統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作現(xiàn)狀為例,總結(jié)其好的經(jīng)驗(yàn)做法,尋找存在的問題,目的為了從社區(qū)治理視角探索新形勢(shì)下社區(qū)統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作的新思路與新方法。論文采用了文獻(xiàn)法、訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法等對(duì)研究課題進(jìn)行了分析研究。首先,對(duì)統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線及社區(qū)統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作重要性進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要闡述,提出了本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容和研究方法,并對(duì)社區(qū)與社區(qū)治理、統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線與社區(qū)統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)的有關(guān)內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了分析,同時(shí)也對(duì)相關(guān)研究理論進(jìn)行了說明,涉及到社區(qū)統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)和社區(qū)治理兩個(gè)方面。接下來,簡(jiǎn)要介紹了社區(qū)統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作的發(fā)展歷程,深入分析了社區(qū)統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),為研究治理視域下社區(qū)統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作埋下伏筆。其次,以奉賢區(qū)西渡社區(qū)統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作的現(xiàn)狀為例,總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)做法,深入分析存在的問題,為在治理視域下創(chuàng)新社區(qū)統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作機(jī)制和方法提供實(shí)證分析。最后,嘗試從社區(qū)治理角度出發(fā),運(yùn)用社區(qū)治理理論,探索創(chuàng)新社區(qū)統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作的具體對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The United front is one of the three magic weapons of the Communist Party of China. In the new era, the status and role of the United front work at the grass-roots level are becoming increasingly important. Further study and practical strengthening of the United front work in the community has become an important grasp of improving the Party's ruling ability and fulfilling the party's ruling mission. Extensiveness is the basic characteristic of the patriotic United front. It has become an important task for the Party to consolidate and develop the United front work. To do well in community United front work is related to the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way, to the development of democracy at the grass-roots level, to the overall situation of social stability and to the foundation of the overall United front work. Starting from the concept of community governance and community United front work, this paper introduces the theoretical research on United front work and social work. At the same time, taking the current situation of United front work in Xidu community in Fengxian District as an example, the author summarizes its good experience and practices, and finds out the existing problems. Objective to explore new ideas and methods of community United front work under the new situation from the perspective of community governance. In this paper, literature method, interview method and questionnaire method are used to analyze and study the research topics. First of all, the importance of United front and community United front work is briefly expounded, the research contents and methods of this paper are put forward, and the relevant connotations of community and community governance, United front and community United front are analyzed. At the same time, the related research theory is explained, which involves two aspects: community United front and community governance. Then, it briefly introduces the development course of community United front work, deeply analyzes the opportunities and challenges of community United front work, and lays the groundwork for the study of community United front work from the perspective of governance. Secondly, taking the current situation of the United front work in Xidu community of Fengxian district as an example, summing up the experience and practice, deeply analyzing the existing problems, and providing an empirical analysis for innovating the mechanism and methods of community United front work in the field of governance. Finally, the author tries to explore the concrete countermeasures of innovating the community United front work by using the community governance theory from the angle of community governance.
