【摘要】：中國對日方針的重要思想是要一分為二看日本。1972年中日邦交正常化是中國堅(jiān)持"區(qū)分開來"原則的重大外交成果。20世紀(jì)70年代末以來中日友好關(guān)系取得了長足進(jìn)展,2012年9月日本政府"購島"導(dǎo)致兩國圍繞釣魚島主權(quán)的爭端迅速升溫,2014年11月習(xí)近平主席與安倍晉三首相會(huì)晤開啟了中日關(guān)系走向緩和的進(jìn)程。當(dāng)前中日關(guān)系仍面臨困難,如逆水行舟,不進(jìn)則退。今后中日關(guān)系發(fā)展可能出現(xiàn)兩種前景:一是中日關(guān)系"退大于進(jìn)",兩國關(guān)系持續(xù)緊張;二是中日關(guān)系"進(jìn)大于退",中日關(guān)系保持緩和趨勢。從中長期看,在習(xí)近平主席提出的"打造人類命運(yùn)共同體"為核心的外交戰(zhàn)略思想的指引下,中日關(guān)系"進(jìn)大于退"的可能性將與日俱增。
[Abstract]:The important idea of China's policy toward Japan is to look at Japan in two. The normalization of diplomatic relations between China and Japan in 1972 is a major diplomatic achievement that China adheres to the principle of "separating from each other." since the late 1970s, the friendly relations between China and Japan have made considerable progress. In September 2012, the Japanese government's "purchase of islands" led to a rapid escalation of the dispute over sovereignty over the Diaoyu Islands, with President Xi Jinping's meeting with Prime Minister Shinzo Abe in November 2014 beginning the process of easing Sino-Japanese relations. At present, Sino-Japanese relations still face difficulties, such as sailing against the water, not advancing or retreating. In the future, there may be two kinds of prospects for the development of Sino-Japanese relations: one is that Sino-Japanese relations "retreat more than advance" and the two countries continue to be tense; the other is that Sino-Japanese relations "advance more than retreat", and Sino-Japanese relations maintain a trend of relaxation. In the medium to long term, under the guidance of President Xi Jinping's diplomatic strategy of "building a community of human destiny", the possibility that Sino-Japanese relations will "advance more than retreat" will grow day by day.
