【摘要】：正《太平洋學(xué)報(bào)》一直以來(lái)持續(xù)關(guān)注太平洋島國(guó)研究領(lǐng)域,小島嶼國(guó)家作為一個(gè)長(zhǎng)期位于世界體系邊緣區(qū)的發(fā)展群體,其發(fā)展關(guān)切和利益訴求長(zhǎng)期未獲國(guó)際社會(huì)足夠重視與回應(yīng)。隨著新時(shí)期中國(guó)外交"主動(dòng)作為",中國(guó)同小島嶼國(guó)家發(fā)展并深化基于海洋合作的"藍(lán)色伙伴關(guān)系"成為構(gòu)建"人類命運(yùn)共同體"不可或缺的一環(huán),在海島經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展、海島生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)、海島供水安全、應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化挑戰(zhàn)等領(lǐng)域具有廣泛的合作空間。
[Abstract]:The Pacific Journal has continued to focus on the area of Pacific island research, with small island States as a long-term development group on the fringes of the world system, Its development concerns and interests have not been paid enough attention and response by the international community for a long time. With China's "initiative" in diplomacy in the new era, the development and deepening of the "blue partnership" between China and small island States based on maritime cooperation has become an indispensable part of the construction of a "Community of Human Destiny" and a sustainable development of the island economy. There is a wide range of cooperative space in the fields of island ecological environment protection, island water supply security, climate change challenge and so on.
