【摘要】：正《太平洋學報》一直以來持續(xù)關注太平洋島國研究領域,小島嶼國家作為一個長期位于世界體系邊緣區(qū)的發(fā)展群體,其發(fā)展關切和利益訴求長期未獲國際社會足夠重視與回應。隨著新時期中國外交"主動作為",中國同小島嶼國家發(fā)展并深化基于海洋合作的"藍色伙伴關系"成為構建"人類命運共同體"不可或缺的一環(huán),在海島經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展、海島生態(tài)環(huán)境保護、海島供水安全、應對氣候變化挑戰(zhàn)等領域具有廣泛的合作空間。
[Abstract]:The Pacific Journal has continued to focus on the area of Pacific island research, with small island States as a long-term development group on the fringes of the world system, Its development concerns and interests have not been paid enough attention and response by the international community for a long time. With China's "initiative" in diplomacy in the new era, the development and deepening of the "blue partnership" between China and small island States based on maritime cooperation has become an indispensable part of the construction of a "Community of Human Destiny" and a sustainable development of the island economy. There is a wide range of cooperative space in the fields of island ecological environment protection, island water supply security, climate change challenge and so on.
