【摘要】：新中國成立后,全國人民代表大會對我國實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化的問題進行了長期探索。一屆全國人大提出建設現(xiàn)代化的工業(yè)、現(xiàn)代化的農(nóng)業(yè)、現(xiàn)代化的交通運輸業(yè)和現(xiàn)代化的國防,同時強調(diào)了科學技術的關鍵作用;二屆全國人大宣布要建設現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)、現(xiàn)代工業(yè)、現(xiàn)代國防和現(xiàn)代科學技術;三屆全國人大再次宣布建設現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)、現(xiàn)代工業(yè)、現(xiàn)代國防和現(xiàn)代科學技術,并為此提出兩步設想;四屆全國人大重申分兩步建設現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)、現(xiàn)代工業(yè)、現(xiàn)代國防和現(xiàn)代科學技術,且明確和集中地指明了兩步設想的時間要求。
[Abstract]:After the founding of New China, the National people's Congress made a long-term exploration of the modernization of our country. The first National people's Congress proposed the construction of modern industry, modern agriculture, modernized transportation and transportation, and modernized national defense, while stressing the key role of science and technology; the second National people's Congress announced that it would build modern agriculture and modern industry. The third National people's Congress once again announced the construction of modern agriculture, modern industry, modern national defense and modern science and technology, and put forward a two-step plan for this purpose; the fourth National people's Congress reiterated that the construction of modern agriculture should be divided into two steps. Modern industry, modern defense, and modern science and technology clearly and centrally specify two-step envisaged time requirements.
