河南農(nóng)村留守兒童情感心理關(guān)懷問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:農(nóng)村留守兒童是我國(guó)農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力向城市轉(zhuǎn)移與人口流動(dòng)加速共同作用所帶來(lái)的附屬產(chǎn)物,同時(shí)也是我國(guó)在社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的一個(gè)突出現(xiàn)象,是農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力大規(guī)模遷徙過(guò)程中帶來(lái)的重要民生問(wèn)題之一。數(shù)量龐大、范圍覆蓋全國(guó)的農(nóng)村留守兒童問(wèn)題不僅是一個(gè)教育問(wèn)題,也是一個(gè)事關(guān)留守兒童自身健康成長(zhǎng)、數(shù)萬(wàn)家庭切身利益的民心工程。兒童的成長(zhǎng)期正是處在情感、品德、心理形成和發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,由于長(zhǎng)期無(wú)法得到父母的照顧,在家長(zhǎng)、學(xué)校、社會(huì)“三位一體”的教育鏈中出現(xiàn)“斷層”,農(nóng)村留守兒童普遍存在著生活失助、學(xué)業(yè)失教、行為失控、道德失范、心理失衡的現(xiàn)象。親情缺失給農(nóng)村留守兒童帶來(lái)的最大心理隱患主要表現(xiàn)為親情饑渴、性格孤僻自卑、自私逆反心理嚴(yán)重,缺乏安全感等問(wèn)題。隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,全國(guó)第一人口大省和農(nóng)業(yè)大省的河南也逐漸成為第一勞務(wù)輸出大省,城市化水平較低,留守兒童隊(duì)伍龐大。由于“留守兒童”特殊的生活和教育環(huán)境,由此引發(fā)的生活、教育、情感、心理等一系列問(wèn)題日益凸顯。本文以河南農(nóng)村留守兒童情感心理為對(duì)象,研究留守兒童產(chǎn)生的根源、留守兒童存在的主要問(wèn)題、留守兒童情感心理問(wèn)題成因及相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。對(duì)本問(wèn)題的研究,一方面有助于揭示親情缺失對(duì)兒童發(fā)展的影響,進(jìn)一步豐富留守兒童情感心理領(lǐng)域的研究成果。另一方面,也有助于引起農(nóng)村外出務(wù)工群體對(duì)子女教育問(wèn)題的重視與社會(huì)有關(guān)方面對(duì)留守兒童問(wèn)題的共同關(guān)注。為政府、教育行政主管部門、學(xué)校的決策提供依據(jù),為留守兒童家庭教育提供指導(dǎo),為留守兒童個(gè)人的健康成長(zhǎng)提供幫助。
[Abstract]:Children left behind in rural areas are the subsidiary products brought by the transfer of rural surplus labor to cities and the acceleration of population mobility, and are also a prominent phenomenon in the process of social transformation in our country. It is one of the important livelihood problems brought about by the mass migration of rural surplus labor. The problem of left-behind children in rural areas is not only an educational problem, but also a project concerning the healthy growth of left-behind children and the vital interests of tens of thousands of families. It is in the critical period of emotional, moral, psychological formation and development that children grow up. Because they cannot be cared for by their parents for a long time, there is a "fault" in the "trinity" education chain of parents, schools and society. Children left behind in rural areas generally have the phenomena of life failure, academic failure, behavior out of control, moral disorder and psychological imbalance. The biggest psychological hidden trouble brought by the absence of family affection to the children left behind in rural areas is mainly related to hunger and thirst for family affection, self-inferiority, selfishness and reflexive psychology, lack of security and so on. With the development of society, Henan, the first province with large population and large agricultural province, has gradually become the first labor export province, with a low level of urbanization and a large contingent of children left behind. Due to the special living and educational environment of "left-behind children", a series of problems such as life, education, emotion, psychology and so on have become increasingly prominent. Taking the emotional psychology of rural left-behind children in Henan as the object, this paper studies the origin of left-behind children, the main problems of left-behind children, the causes of emotional and psychological problems of left-behind children and the corresponding countermeasures. On the one hand, the research on this question is helpful to reveal the influence of lack of family affection on the development of children, and further enrich the research results in the field of emotion and psychology of left-behind children. On the other hand, it also helps to arouse the rural migrant workers' attention to the problem of children's education and the common concern of the social parties to the problem of left-behind children. It provides the basis for the government, the education administrative department and the school decision-making, provides the guidance for the family education of the left-behind children, and provides the help for the healthy growth of the left-behind children.
