習(xí)近平治國理政思想四題

【摘要】："習(xí)近平治國理政思想"的表述,較好地概括了以習(xí)近平同志為核心的黨中央的理論創(chuàng)新成果,對其精神實質(zhì)的把握須厘清邏輯起點、價值導(dǎo)向、理論主題和戰(zhàn)略意蘊(yùn)四個基本問題。把邏輯起點歸結(jié)為"實際問題",具有事實和價值兩方面的科學(xué)依據(jù),與歷史唯物主義的理論立場具有一致性。以人民為中心的價值取向,更為注重從思想和感情深處對"百姓心"的強(qiáng)調(diào),以"托底"的底線思維奠定了意識形態(tài)底蘊(yùn)。堅持和發(fā)展中國特色社會主義的理論主題,是由歷史和現(xiàn)實兩方面的因素共同決定的,從根本上歸因于中國特色社會主義的當(dāng)代價值。戰(zhàn)略意蘊(yùn)主要通過奮斗目標(biāo)、發(fā)展理念、戰(zhàn)略布局、總體布局、國際戰(zhàn)略等一系列帶有全局性和根本性的思想而得以集中體現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The expression of "Xi Jinping's thought of governing the country" is a good generalization of the achievements of the theoretical innovation of the Party Central Committee at the core of Comrade Xi Jinping. The grasp of its spiritual essence must clarify four basic problems: logical starting point, value orientation, theoretical theme and strategic implication. The logical starting point is attributed to "practical problems", which has two aspects of fact and value. The scientific basis is consistent with the theoretical standpoint of historical materialism. The value orientation centered on the people pays more attention to the emphasis on "the people's heart" from the deep thoughts and feelings, and lays the foundation of ideology with the bottom line thinking of "the bottom". The theoretical theme of adhering to and developing the socialism with Chinese characteristics is two aspects of history and reality. It is fundamentally ascribed to the contemporary value of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The strategic implication is mainly embodied in a series of ideas with global and fundamental characteristics, such as the goals of the struggle, the concept of development, the strategic layout, the overall layout, the international strategy and so on.
