【摘要】：20世紀(jì)80年代以來,中國特色社會主義現(xiàn)代化道路的自主探索實踐,是世界文明史進(jìn)程中的一個重大事件。其努力在于對引領(lǐng)人類未來前進(jìn)方向的新型文明價值觀形態(tài)、對于新質(zhì)的發(fā)展理念和模式的嚴(yán)肅思考和實踐探索。作為對"西方文明"主宰下現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展邏輯的歷史性反思與實踐性超越,中國為全球共享的文明新體系、發(fā)展新形態(tài)貢獻(xiàn)"中國道路"與"核心價值觀"的智慧;著眼中西文化選擇之間激烈交鋒、沖突以及復(fù)雜博弈的非確定性情境,面向未來,無論是十八屆三中全會關(guān)于"推進(jìn)國家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化"的提出,還是十八屆五中全會所確立的"五大理念",其所承載和彰顯的意義是多方面的:新文明理念的愿景預(yù)期、合理形態(tài)的制度價值實踐、新文明人格類型的確立與塑造,以及對人類未來發(fā)展前景和命運的一種高瞻遠(yuǎn)矚的理性籌劃、審慎設(shè)計和有效踐履。
[Abstract]:Since 1980's, the practice of independent exploration of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics is an important event in the process of world civilization. Its efforts are to guide the future direction of human beings in the new form of civilized values, new development ideas and models of serious thinking and practical exploration. As a historical reflection and practical transcendence of the logic of modernization development under the domination of "Western civilization", China contributes the wisdom of "Chinese road" and "core values" to the new system of civilization shared by the whole world. Focusing on the non-deterministic situations of fierce confrontation, conflict and complex game between Chinese and Western cultural choices, and looking to the future, whether it is the proposal of the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee on "promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity," Or the "five ideas" established by the Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the significance of which is in many aspects: the expectation of the vision of the new civilization concept, the practice of the rational form of system value, the establishment and shaping of the new civilized personality type. And the future of human development prospects and destiny of a vision of rational planning, careful design and effective practice.
