【摘要】：自21世紀第二個10年開始,我國經(jīng)濟從30多年的高速增長轉(zhuǎn)而放緩,對此,我們黨指出,這標志著我國經(jīng)濟正在進入"新常態(tài)",是我國經(jīng)濟向形態(tài)更高級、分工更優(yōu)化、結(jié)構(gòu)更合理階段演進的必經(jīng)過程。我們要把適應、把握、引領這種新常態(tài)作為貫穿發(fā)展全局和全過程的大邏輯,并為此而提出了創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開放、共享五大發(fā)展理念。作為針對新常態(tài)下突出問題的戰(zhàn)略指引,全面建成小康社會決勝階段的強大思想武器,五大發(fā)展理念是一個具有內(nèi)在聯(lián)系的集合體,它們相互貫通、相互促進,具有深刻的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系;它們主題主旨相通,目標方向一致,既各有側(cè)重、又互相支撐,共同構(gòu)成為一個系統(tǒng)化的邏輯體系。
[Abstract]:Since the second decade of the 21st century, China's economy has been slowing down from more than 30 years of rapid growth. In response to this, our Party pointed out that this marks the entry of the "new normal" of our economy, which is that our economy is moving to a higher level and the division of labor is more optimized. The necessary process of a more rational stage of structure evolution. We should adopt, grasp and lead this new normal as the logic that runs through the overall situation and the whole process of development, and put forward the five development concepts of innovation, coordination, green, opening and sharing. As a strategic guide to the outstanding problems in the new normal and a powerful ideological weapon for the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way, the five major development concepts are a collection with inherent links, which are interlinked and mutually promoted. They have deep internal relations, they have the same theme, the same goal and the same direction, and they both focus on each other and support each other, forming a systematic logic system together.
