【摘要】：近年來,印度社會針對婦女的強奸侵害事件頻繁發(fā)生,并陸續(xù)受到社會的重視和關(guān)注。特別是自2012年印度德里公交集體強奸案公之于世后,有關(guān)印度社會針對婦女的強奸問題成為學(xué)者們關(guān)注與研究的重要領(lǐng)域,在印度社會乃至整個世界迅速得以展開。由于印度社會長期的強奸盲視和犯罪寬容,當(dāng)代印度婦女遭受強奸侵害問題,歷經(jīng)馬圖拉強奸案、后馬圖拉時代、達米尼強奸案與后達米尼時代四個主要階段,已經(jīng)形成了一種男權(quán)制度制約下頑固的強奸文化,并演變?yōu)橐粋�重大的政治問題,陷入案發(fā)率高居不下的困局狀態(tài)。未來如何繼續(xù)應(yīng)對和處理這些問題,建立一個對婦女公平公正的社會,印度政府任重而道遠(yuǎn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, rape and assault against women have occurred frequently in Indian society, and have been paid more and more attention by the society. Especially since the mass rape case in Delhi became public in 2012, rape against women in Indian society has become an important area of concern and research, and has been rapidly launched in Indian society and even the whole world. As a result of the long period of blind view of rape and tolerance of crime in Indian society, contemporary Indian women have been subjected to rape, which has gone through four main stages: the Mathura rape case, the post-Mathura era, the Damiini rape case and the post-Damien era. Has formed a patriarchal system under the constraints of stubborn rape culture, and evolved into a major political problem, into the high incidence of the plight of the state. How to continue to deal with these problems and build a fair and just society for women in the future, the Indian government has a long way to go.
