基于BIRIS-SSP的居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)中心的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:在全球老齡化時期加速到來的背景下,老年人的晚年生活成為社會一大難題。傳統(tǒng)的家庭和養(yǎng)老院機構(gòu)養(yǎng)老方式已不足以響應(yīng)當(dāng)前的社會需要。社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老體系不完善且弊端較多,加之各地區(qū)養(yǎng)老機構(gòu)極為分散,這種分散性導(dǎo)致的養(yǎng)老服務(wù)業(yè)信息的不對稱,增加了服務(wù)資源與服務(wù)需求的匹配難度。本文設(shè)計了基于BIRIS-SSP云服務(wù)平臺的居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)中心來滿足這一需求。BIRIS-SSP平臺是可以聚集各種類型的第三方服務(wù)中心的第四方平臺,平臺可以為各服務(wù)中心提供技術(shù)支持,實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)實養(yǎng)老服務(wù)機構(gòu)、服務(wù)項目和服務(wù)員工等資源的整合,為有養(yǎng)老服務(wù)需求的客戶提供個性化服務(wù)。本文對居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)中心的需求給出了完整的分析。首先剖析了傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)場景的弊端,然后引出了服務(wù)中心作用下的居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)場景。然后分析了系統(tǒng)的主要單據(jù)的流轉(zhuǎn)及各自的狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)換,并通過用例圖分析了用戶角色。然后對BIRIS-SSP平臺技術(shù)進(jìn)行了概述。本文重點針對養(yǎng)老服務(wù)質(zhì)量評價提出了一套綜合評價策略,并對關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究和實現(xiàn)。針對客戶評價,設(shè)計了評價指標(biāo)模型的元模型,剖析了模型解析器的運轉(zhuǎn)機理,制定了客戶評價單的屬性項計算規(guī)則。針對系統(tǒng)評價,對服務(wù)執(zhí)行單據(jù)解析原理進(jìn)行了闡述,制定了維度指標(biāo)評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并完成了系統(tǒng)評價解析引擎的設(shè)計和開發(fā)。本文還設(shè)計實現(xiàn)了服務(wù)機構(gòu)優(yōu)化選擇算法,均衡顧客、服務(wù)機構(gòu)和服務(wù)中心三者的利益,為系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化選擇最佳的服務(wù)機構(gòu)做出決策,達(dá)到“三方共贏”的局面。通過問題描述和建模,進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化目標(biāo)函數(shù)的定義,然后基于改進(jìn)遺傳算法對該問題進(jìn)行求解,最后進(jìn)行了算法可行性對比分析。本文對于居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)中心的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹。首先設(shè)計了系統(tǒng)研究的整體框架,然后對系統(tǒng)的功能結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了具體設(shè)計,并刻畫了整體的業(yè)務(wù)流程,之后對系統(tǒng)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)層次進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的描述,最后通過IDEF1X圖對系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行了設(shè)計。最后本文詳細(xì)介紹了居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)中心具體功能的實現(xiàn)。并結(jié)合實現(xiàn)類圖、功能時序圖和系統(tǒng)流程圖等對各功能進(jìn)行了闡述,并展示出了系統(tǒng)的運行界面。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the acceleration of the global aging period, the old people's life has become a big social problem. The traditional family and nursing home care system is no longer sufficient to respond to the current social needs. The community home pension system is imperfect and has many drawbacks, and the pension institutions in various regions are extremely scattered, which leads to the asymmetry of the information of the old-age service industry, which increases the difficulty of matching the service resources with the service demand. This paper designs a home retirement service center based on BIRIS-SSP cloud service platform to meet this demand. BIRIS-SSP platform is a fourth-party platform that can gather various types of third-party service centers, and the platform can provide technical support for each service center. To realize the integration of resources such as real pension service institutions, service items and service staff, and provide personalized services for clients with pension service needs. This paper gives a complete analysis of the needs of the home pension service center. This paper first analyzes the disadvantages of the traditional pension service scene, then leads to the home pension service scene under the action of service center. Then, the paper analyzes the flow of the main documents and their state transformation, and analyzes the role of the user by use case diagram. Then the technology of BIRIS-SSP platform is summarized. In this paper, a comprehensive evaluation strategy is put forward for the evaluation of service quality for the aged, and the key technology is studied and realized. According to customer evaluation, the meta-model of evaluation index model is designed, the operating mechanism of model parser is analyzed, and the calculation rule of attribute item of customer evaluation sheet is established. According to the system evaluation, the principle of service execution document analysis is expounded, and the dimensionality index scoring standard is established, and the design and development of the system evaluation and analysis engine is completed. This paper also designs and realizes the optimal selection algorithm of service organization, balancing the interests of customer, service organization and service center, making decision for the system optimization and selecting the best service organization, and achieving the situation of "tripartite win-win". Through problem description and modeling, the definition of optimization objective function is given, and then the problem is solved based on improved genetic algorithm. Finally, the feasibility of the algorithm is compared and analyzed. This paper introduces the system design of home pension service center in detail. Firstly, the whole framework of the system is designed, then the functional structure of the system is designed, and the whole business process is described. Then, the overall structure of the system is described in detail. Finally, the system database is designed by IDEF1X diagram. Finally, this paper introduces the implementation of the specific functions of home pension service center in detail. Combined with the realization class diagram, the function sequence diagram and the system flow chart, the functions are described, and the running interface of the system is shown.
