【摘要】：20世紀(jì)90年代后期,以國企改革、單位制消解和社區(qū)建設(shè)勃興為背景,形成了一種特殊的社區(qū)——"單位社區(qū)"從單位組織中分化出來的部分單位管理者轉(zhuǎn)入社區(qū),成為新時期城市社區(qū)建設(shè)的重要力量。"單位社區(qū)"精英因其掌握單位居住區(qū)"熟人社會"的關(guān)系資源,諳熟單位組織結(jié)構(gòu)和動員模式,形成了其頗具特色的"資本"構(gòu)成和資本運(yùn)作模式。"單位社區(qū)"精英憑借對"熟人社會"資本的巧妙利用與支配,有效地實(shí)現(xiàn)了與居民、企業(yè)、政府三者間的跨界溝通;并利用資本的流動性對存在于不同社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)之間的社會資本進(jìn)行選擇與重構(gòu),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)有效的資本轉(zhuǎn)換。同時,在此過程中實(shí)現(xiàn)了自身資本升級,成就了典型的"卡里斯瑪"擁有者,其個人領(lǐng)導(dǎo)魅力在基層社會"在地性"治理中得到充分突顯,扮演了不可替代的重要角色。
[Abstract]:In the late 1990s, under the background of the reform of state-owned enterprises, the deconstruction of unit system and the flourishing of community construction, a special kind of community "unit community" was formed. It has become an important force in the construction of urban communities in the new period. " Unit community "elite" because of its grasp the unit residential area "acquaintance society" relationship resources, is familiar with the unit organizational structure and mobilization model, formed its own characteristics of "capital" composition and capital operation mode. Unit community "elite" with the "acquaintance society" of the clever use and domination of capital, effective realization of cross-boundary communication with residents, enterprises, and the government; The capital mobility is used to select and reconstruct the social capital existing in different social networks, so as to realize the effective capital conversion. At the same time, in this process, the capital upgrade has been realized, and the typical owner of "Carlisma" has been achieved, whose personal leadership charm has been fully highlighted in the governance of "locality" in the grass-roots society, and has played an irreplaceable important role.
