【摘要】：中國對區(qū)域性國際組織安全合作的參與不斷擴大和提升,陸續(xù)提出關于建立"中國—東盟命運共同體"、"亞太安全合作新架構"以及"中非和平與安全合作伙伴"等新倡議。在參與區(qū)域多邊安全合作的過程中,形成了中國特色的基本理念與模式,這一模式具有其自身的合理性與優(yōu)越性,也具有廣泛的適用前景。但隨著國際格局、全球安全形勢以及區(qū)域組織安全角色的變化,中國模式的局限性和面臨的挑戰(zhàn)日益顯現(xiàn),有必要在堅持傳統(tǒng)模式的基礎上進行調整,探討新的路徑與空間。本文旨在探討中國參與區(qū)域組織安全合作的基本模式及其適用前景,并就未來中國參與區(qū)域多邊安全合作的戰(zhàn)略選擇提出建議。
[Abstract]:China's participation in the security cooperation of regional international organizations has been continuously expanded and upgraded, and new initiatives such as the establishment of the "China-ASEAN fate Community", the "New Framework for Security Cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region" and the "Partnership for Peace and Security Cooperation between China and Africa" have been put forward one after another. In the process of participating in the regional multilateral security cooperation, the basic concept and mode with Chinese characteristics have been formed, which has its own rationality and superiority, and also has a wide application prospect. However, with the changes of the international situation, the global security situation and the security role of regional organizations, the limitations and challenges of the Chinese model are becoming increasingly apparent. It is necessary to adjust on the basis of adhering to the traditional model and to explore new paths and spaces. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the basic mode of China's participation in regional organizations' security cooperation and its application prospects, and to put forward some suggestions on the strategic choice of China's participation in regional multilateral security cooperation in the future.
