【摘要】：目的：1.了解烏魯木齊市養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)現(xiàn)況。2.了解烏魯木齊市養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)入住老年人生活質(zhì)量及社會(huì)支持現(xiàn)況。3.探討影響烏魯木齊市養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)老年人生活質(zhì)量及社會(huì)支持的因素。4.分析烏魯木齊市養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)老年人生活質(zhì)量與社會(huì)支持相關(guān)性,以期為烏魯木齊市養(yǎng)老事業(yè)發(fā)展以及養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)老年人健康管理提供理論依據(jù)。方法：1.運(yùn)用自編《烏魯木齊市養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)現(xiàn)況調(diào)查表》對(duì)烏魯木齊登記在冊(cè)且正常營(yíng)業(yè)的29家養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,了解其基本現(xiàn)況。2.從29家養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)中分層隨機(jī)抽取18家養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)(4家公辦,14家民辦),整群抽取符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的入住老年人,對(duì)其進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,問卷包括SF-36簡(jiǎn)明健康調(diào)查問卷及社會(huì)支持評(píng)定量表。結(jié)果：1。養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)現(xiàn)況：烏魯木齊登記在冊(cè)且正常營(yíng)業(yè)的29家養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)分布在除達(dá)坂城區(qū)以外的六區(qū)一縣內(nèi),共有床位4019張,其中有21家中小型養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu),1家大型養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu),7家特大型養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)；生活設(shè)施配置以衣服被褥的清洗及消毒用具為主,占86.20%；醫(yī)療護(hù)理設(shè)施以血壓計(jì)、體重計(jì)等簡(jiǎn)單的健康管理器材為主,分別占86.21%和72.41%,缺少康復(fù)治療設(shè)施；健身娛樂設(shè)施以老年閱覽室、棋牌室為主,分別占37.93%和34.48%,缺少室內(nèi)健身器械；提供服務(wù)方面,日常生活服務(wù)以清洗房間床單、被罩、枕巾等為主,占100%,醫(yī)療護(hù)理服務(wù)以生命體征監(jiān)測(cè)為主,占86.21%,精神心理服務(wù)只有對(duì)個(gè)別老年人的心理疏導(dǎo),占100%,休閑娛樂服務(wù)以定期舉辦老年人文藝匯演為主,占44.83%；機(jī)構(gòu)收費(fèi)方面,除國(guó)家撥款資助的部分老年人可免費(fèi)入住外,其余老年人收費(fèi)在800-3000元/月不等；養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)工作人員組成：29家養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)共有管理人員107位,醫(yī)生52位,護(hù)理人員282位,其他人員167位,其中醫(yī)生學(xué)歷以大專為主,占77.42%,醫(yī)療護(hù)理人員學(xué)歷以中專為主,占47.81%;收住老人方面,29家養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)共收住老年人2822位,入住率為70.22%。2.烏魯木齊市養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)老年人生活質(zhì)量總分為102.40(89.10,118.20)分,生活質(zhì)量得分在養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)性質(zhì)、年齡、民族、受教育年限、婚姻狀況、慢性病、平均月收入以及接受醫(yī)療護(hù)理服務(wù)方面的差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,P0.05。3.烏魯木齊市養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)老年人社會(huì)支持總分為31.00(21.00,39.00)分,社會(huì)支持得分在受教育年限、婚姻狀況、曾經(jīng)就業(yè)情況、平均月收入、生養(yǎng)子女狀況、入住時(shí)間以及接受精神心理服務(wù)方面的差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,P0.05。4.烏魯木齊市養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)老年人生活質(zhì)量得分與社會(huì)支持得分相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.441,P0.05。結(jié)論：1.烏魯木齊市養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)普遍存在如下問題：養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)形式單一且分布不均,少數(shù)民族養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)稀少；養(yǎng)老床位緊缺,機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)施配置不完備；養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)服務(wù)內(nèi)容單一化,服務(wù)供給能力較弱；養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)醫(yī)療水平較低,老年人健康管理無保障；專業(yè)型醫(yī)護(hù)人員緊缺,專業(yè)層次低,培訓(xùn)不到位。2。烏魯木齊市養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)入住老年人生活質(zhì)量處于中等水平,影響因素為養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)性質(zhì)、年齡、民族、受教育年限、婚姻狀況、慢性病、平均月收入以及接受醫(yī)療護(hù)理服務(wù)。3.烏魯木齊市養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)入住老年人社會(huì)支持處于中等水平,影響因素為受教育年限、婚姻狀況、曾經(jīng)就業(yè)情況、平均月收入、生養(yǎng)子女狀況、入住時(shí)間以及接受精神心理服務(wù)。4.烏魯木齊市養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)老年人生活質(zhì)量與社會(huì)支持密切相關(guān)。綜上,提示養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)和社會(huì)各界重視機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老發(fā)展,并以各方面影響因素為切入點(diǎn)采取適當(dāng)措施,以提高老年人生活質(zhì)量與社會(huì)支持,改善養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)老年人晚年生活水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: 1. to understand the status of Urumqi pension institutions in Urumqi to understand the quality of life and social support of the elderly in Urumqi, the factors affecting the quality of life and social support of the elderly in Urumqi pension institutions: the.4. analysis of the relationship between the quality of life of the elderly in Urumqi and the social support In order to provide the theoretical basis for the development of Urumqi endowment and the health management of the elderly in the pension institution. Methods: 1. the questionnaire survey of the current status of the Urumqi pension institution was used to investigate the 29 old-age institutions registered in Urumqi and normal business, to understand the basic status of.2. from 29 pension institutions. 18 old-age institutions (4 public and 14 private) were selected by stratified random sampling, and a questionnaire survey was carried out for the elderly in accordance with the inclusion criteria. The questionnaire included the SF-36 concise health questionnaire and the social support rating scale. Results: 1. the status of the elderly pension institutions: Urumqi registered and normal operating 29 pension institutions. In the six districts and one county except damaka District, there were 4019 beds, of which there were 21 small and medium-sized pension institutions, 1 large old-age institutions and 7 special large pension institutions; the living facilities were mainly equipped with clothes and bedclothes cleaning and disinfection appliances, accounting for 86.20%; medical care set up simple health management equipment such as blood pressure meter, weight meter and so on. Mainly, 86.21% and 72.41% respectively, the lack of rehabilitation facilities, fitness and entertainment facilities in the elderly reading rooms, chess and card rooms, accounting for 37.93% and 34.48%, the lack of indoor fitness equipment; providing services, daily life services to clean room sheets, quilts, pillow towels and so on, accounting for 100%, medical care service to vital signs monitoring. Accounting for 86.21%, mental and psychological services are only psychological guidance to individual elderly, accounting for 100%. Leisure and entertainment services are dominated by regular elderly people's literary and art performance, accounting for 44.83%. In terms of institutional fees, some elderly people with the exception of state appropriations are free to stay, and the rest of the elderly are charged at 800-3000 yuan per month. Composition: 29 pension institutions have 107 management staff, 52 doctors, 282 nursing staff and 167 other personnel. Among them, doctors have college education, accounting for 77.42%, medical and nursing staff are mainly secondary school, accounting for 47.81%. 29 elderly care institutions receive 2822 elderly people, and the occupancy rate is 70.22%.2. Urumqi city pension. The total score of the quality of life of the elderly was 102.40 (89.10118.20). The difference in quality of life was statistically significant in the nature of pension institutions, age, nationality, years of education, marital status, chronic diseases, average monthly income and medical care service, and the total score of social support for the elderly in Urumqi pension institutions was P0.05.3. For 31 (21.00,39.00) points, social support scores were statistically significant in terms of years of education, marital status, employment, average monthly income, children's status, occupancy time and mental psychological service. The score of quality of life of the elderly in P0.05.4. Urumqi pension institutions was related to the score of social support. The coefficient is 0.441, P0.05. conclusion: 1. the following problems are common in Urumqi pension institutions: the old-age institutions are single and unevenly distributed, the old-age institutions are scarce, the old-age beds are scarce, the facilities are incomplete, the service content of the old-age institutions is monotonous, the service supply ability is weak, and the medical level of the pension institutions is low. The health management of the elderly is insecure, the professional medical staff is short, the professional level is low, and the training is not in place. The living quality of the elderly in Urumqi city is at the middle level. The factors are the nature of the elderly, the age, the nation, the years of Education, the marital status, the chronic illness, the average monthly income, and the medical care clothes..2. Urumqi pension institutions in the elderly social support is at the middle level, the influencing factors are the number of years of education, marital status, employment, the average monthly income, the status of children, the time of stay and the acceptance of mental and psychological service.4., the quality of life of the elderly in the pension institution of Urumqi is closely related to the social support. To sum up, it is suggested that the pension institutions and all walks of life attach importance to the development of the institutions for the aged, and take appropriate measures to improve the quality of life and social support of the elderly and improve the living standard of the elderly in the elderly.
