【摘要】：黨的十八大以來,以習(xí)近平同志為核心的黨中央順應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的新形勢,不斷豐富"發(fā)展成果由人民共享"的重要思想,提出共享發(fā)展理念,彰顯了中國特色社會主義的本質(zhì),是中國特色社會主義理論創(chuàng)新的重要成果。共享發(fā)展理念以科學(xué)社會主義為理論基礎(chǔ),以社會主義制度為制度基石,以中國特色社會主義實(shí)踐為現(xiàn)實(shí)條件,在全面建成小康社會決勝期注入了新的內(nèi)涵,理論特質(zhì)得到躍升,初步形成了一個完整的邏輯框架。共享發(fā)展理念與馬克思主義和我國歷代中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體的共同富裕思想一脈相承,在五大發(fā)展理念中發(fā)揮著"靈魂"作用,是實(shí)現(xiàn)"兩個一百年"奮斗目標(biāo)和中華民族偉大復(fù)興中國夢的行動指南。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, the CPC Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, has complied with the new situation of economic and social development, continuously enriched the important idea of "sharing the fruits of development by the people," and put forward the concept of shared development. It shows the essence of socialism with Chinese characteristics and is an important achievement of theoretical innovation of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The concept of shared development takes scientific socialism as the theoretical foundation, socialist system as the cornerstone of the system, and the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics as the realistic condition, thus injecting new connotations into the decisive period of building a well-off society in an all-round way. The theoretical characteristics have leapt and formed a complete logical framework. The concept of shared development is inherited from Marxism and the thought of common prosperity of the central leading collectives of past dynasties in our country, and plays a "soul" role in the five major development concepts.
