【摘要】：建設(shè)生態(tài)文明,是黨中央作出的重大決策,是深入貫徹科學(xué)發(fā)展觀(guān)的內(nèi)在要求,是關(guān)系人民福祉、關(guān)乎民族未來(lái)大計(jì),事關(guān)“兩個(gè)一百年”奮斗目標(biāo)和中華民族的永續(xù)發(fā)展。黨的十八大以來(lái),中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨圍繞生態(tài)文明建設(shè)提出了一系列理論,這些理論不僅是新時(shí)期我國(guó)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)實(shí)踐的重要指南,同時(shí)也是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨生態(tài)文明建設(shè)理論、馬克思主義生態(tài)文明建設(shè)理論的重要內(nèi)容。當(dāng)前,系統(tǒng)總結(jié)十八大以來(lái)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨生態(tài)文明建設(shè)理論新發(fā)展無(wú)疑具有十分重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文探討了十八大以來(lái)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨生態(tài)文明建設(shè)理論新發(fā)展問(wèn)題。首先,闡述了論文選題的背景、研究的意義和國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,說(shuō)明了論文的研究思路、內(nèi)容和研究方法。其次,理清了生態(tài)文明概念提出的背景及內(nèi)涵,闡明了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨生態(tài)文明建設(shè)理論的源與流和十八大以前中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨生態(tài)文明建設(shè)理論的實(shí)踐與理論發(fā)展。再次,系統(tǒng)分析了十八大以來(lái)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨生態(tài)文明建設(shè)理論新發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)背景、主要內(nèi)容,其中現(xiàn)實(shí)背景主要包括:轉(zhuǎn)型期中國(guó)生態(tài)危機(jī)現(xiàn)狀亟待生態(tài)文明建設(shè)理論新發(fā)展、全面建成小康社會(huì)期盼生態(tài)文明建設(shè)理論新發(fā)展、構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)呼喚生態(tài)文明建設(shè)理論新發(fā)展、西方生態(tài)殖民主義威脅需要生態(tài)文明建設(shè)理論新發(fā)展;主要內(nèi)容包括理念和方針的進(jìn)一步更新、戰(zhàn)略與布局的進(jìn)一步調(diào)整、制度與機(jī)制的進(jìn)一步完善、途徑與措施的進(jìn)一步突破。最后,闡明了十八大以來(lái)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨生態(tài)文明建設(shè)理論新發(fā)展的意義和啟示,其中意義包括進(jìn)一步發(fā)展了馬克思主義生態(tài)文明理論與中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義理論體系、進(jìn)一步完善了“五位一體”總布局,為深化改革奠定更加堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)、進(jìn)一步改善了人民群眾的生態(tài)環(huán)境,為實(shí)現(xiàn)“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”增添強(qiáng)大動(dòng)力;啟示主要包括生態(tài)文明建設(shè)必須提到執(zhí)政合法性的高度來(lái)認(rèn)識(shí)和建設(shè),生態(tài)文明建設(shè)要突破利益鏈條的控制,生態(tài)文明建設(shè)過(guò)程不可能一勞永逸,必須長(zhǎng)抓不懈。
[Abstract]:The construction of ecological civilization is a major decision made by the Party Central Committee. It is the internal requirement of the Scientific Outlook on Development, the well-being of the people, the future of the nation, the goal of the "two one hundred years" and the sustainable development of the Chinese nation. Since the party's eighteen party, the Communist Party of China has put forward a series of theories around the construction of ecological civilization. These theories are not only an important guide for the construction of ecological civilization in our country in the new period, but also the important content of the theory of the ecological civilization construction of the Communist Party of China and the theory of the construction of the ecological civilization of Marx. At present, it is undoubtedly very important to systematically summarize the new development of the theory of the construction of ecological culture and Ming in the eighteen major Communist Party of China. This paper discusses the new development of the theory of ecological civilization construction of the Communist Party of China since the eighteen major countries. First, it expounds the background of the topic, the significance of the research and the status of the research at home and abroad, and explains the research ideas, contents and methods of the thesis. Again, the realistic background of the new development of the theory of ecological civilization construction of the Communist Party of China since the eighteen major Communists is systematically analyzed, and the main contents are mainly included in the transition period of China The present situation of ecological crisis needs a new development of the theory of ecological civilization construction. The new development of the theory of ecological civilization is expected to be built up in an all-round way to build a well-off society in an all-round way. The construction of a harmonious society calls for the new development of the theory of ecological civilization construction, and the threat of ecological colonialism needs new development of the theory of ecological civilization construction; the main contents include the further and more ideas and principles. The further improvement of the strategy and layout, the further improvement of the system and mechanism, the further breakthrough in the ways and measures. Finally, the significance and Enlightenment of the new development of the theory of ecological civilization construction of the Communist Party of China have been clarified, including the further development of the Marx theory of ecological civilization and the social owner of Chinese characteristics. The theoretical system of righteousness further perfected the general layout of the "five in one", laid a more solid foundation for the deepening of the reform, further improved the ecological environment of the people, and added a strong impetus to the realization of the "Chinese dream", and the Enlightenment of the construction of ecological civilization, including the high awareness and construction of the legal nature of the political cooperation, and the ecological civilization. The construction must break through the control of the interest chain, and the process of ecological civilization construction can not be once and for all.
