【摘要】：網絡游戲的蓬勃發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了巨大經濟價值,同時也引發(fā)了許多嚴重的社會問題,需要對網絡游戲進行有效的規(guī)制。社會性規(guī)制作為網絡游戲規(guī)制的重要組成部分,不僅要體現(xiàn)經濟性目標與社會性目標的和諧統(tǒng)一,而且要充分發(fā)揮多元主體在規(guī)制內的聯(lián)動作用。結合網絡游戲所產生的現(xiàn)實問題,學校、家庭、網絡游戲行業(yè)、社會組織、新聞媒體在社會性規(guī)制的框架內應當建立有效的溝通協(xié)調機制,從而實現(xiàn)網絡游戲社會性規(guī)制的最終目標——網絡游戲經濟效益和社會效益的有機統(tǒng)一。
[Abstract]:The vigorous development of online games has created enormous economic value, but also caused many serious social problems, so it is necessary to regulate online games effectively. As an important part of online game regulation, social regulation should not only embody the harmony and unity of economic and social goals, but also give full play to the interaction of multiple subjects within regulation. In combination with the practical problems arising from online games, schools, families, the online game industry, social organizations and news media should establish effective communication and coordination mechanisms within the framework of social regulation. In order to achieve the ultimate goal of social regulation of online games-the organic unity of economic and social benefits of online games.
