【摘要】：黨的十七大報(bào)告提出:“堅(jiān)持不懈地用馬克思主義中國化最新成果武裝全黨、教育人民,開展中國特色社會(huì)主義理論體系宣傳普及活動(dòng)”;十七屆六中全會(huì)進(jìn)一步提出“實(shí)施中國特色社會(huì)主義理論體系普及計(jì)劃”;十八大報(bào)告明確提出:“中國特色社會(huì)主義道路,中國特色社會(huì)主義理論體系,中國特色社會(huì)主義制度,是黨和人民九十多年奮斗、創(chuàng)造、積累的根本成就,必須倍加珍惜、始終堅(jiān)持,不斷發(fā)展。”既確立了我黨在全面建成小康社會(huì)、全面深化改革、全面推進(jìn)依法治國和全面從嚴(yán)治黨的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,中國特色社會(huì)主義理論體系建設(shè)的具體目標(biāo),又指出了深入實(shí)踐中國特色社會(huì)主義理論體系的大方向,是對中國特色社會(huì)主義理論體系與時(shí)俱進(jìn)理論品質(zhì)的具體闡釋,是馬克思主義發(fā)展史上一次質(zhì)的飛躍。中國特色社會(huì)主義理論體系是馬克思主義中國化的最新成果,是實(shí)現(xiàn)國家繁榮富強(qiáng)和人民共同富裕的行動(dòng)指南。廣泛、深入、持久地宣傳普及中國特色社會(huì)主義理論體系是新時(shí)期黨的重要戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)。隨著世情、國情、黨情的深刻變化,對中國特色社會(huì)主義理論體系的研究、闡釋、普及、宣傳、推廣,具有重大的理論意義和實(shí)踐意義。但是,在實(shí)踐中卻存在著理論表述過于抽象、部分傳者功利性強(qiáng)、部分大眾認(rèn)同較低、理論普及形式單一和組織宣傳機(jī)制缺失等問題,嚴(yán)重影響著人們的思想觀念、價(jià)值判斷、心理認(rèn)同。因此,實(shí)現(xiàn)中國特色社會(huì)主義理論體系由黨內(nèi)普及走向社會(huì)普及、由高深理論走向通俗理論、由制度維系走向群眾自覺,必須創(chuàng)新時(shí)代內(nèi)涵,提供理論保障、建設(shè)專業(yè)隊(duì)伍,提供人才保障、強(qiáng)化大眾素質(zhì),提供主體保障、豐富傳播形式,提供平臺保障,構(gòu)建相應(yīng)機(jī)制,提供制度保障,從具體闡述向形象隱喻、從宏觀敘事向個(gè)人情懷、從注重承載方式向承載內(nèi)容和理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合轉(zhuǎn)變,切實(shí)保障中國特色社會(huì)主義理論體系的普及。
[Abstract]:The report of the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) put forward the following points: "arm the whole Party with the latest achievements of Marxism in China, educate the people, and carry out propaganda and popularization activities for the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics"; The sixth Plenary session of the 17th CPC Central Committee further put forward the "Plan for popularizing the theoretical system of Socialism with Chinese characteristics," and the report of the 18th National Congress clearly stated: "the road to socialism with Chinese characteristics, the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, The socialist system with Chinese characteristics is the fundamental achievement that the party and the people have made, created, and accumulated for more than 90 years. " It has established the concrete goal of the construction of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the key period of our party's building a well-off society in an all-round way, deepening the reform in an all-round way, comprehensively promoting the rule of law and administering the party strictly. It also points out that the direction of practicing the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics in depth is a concrete explanation of the theoretical quality of advancing with the times of the theoretical system with Chinese characteristics and a qualitative leap in the history of Marxism. The theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the latest achievement of Marxism in China and a guide to the realization of national prosperity and the common prosperity of the people. With the profound changes of the world, national conditions and party feelings, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study, explain, popularize, propagate and popularize the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. However, there are some problems in practice, such as too abstract theoretical expression, strong utilitarianism of some transmitters, low public identity, single form of theoretical popularization and lack of organizational propaganda mechanism, which seriously affect people's ideology and value judgment. Therefore, in order to realize the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics from inner-party popularization to social popularization, from advanced theory to popular theory, from institutional maintenance to mass consciousness, we must innovate the connotation of the times, provide theoretical guarantees, and build professional teams. To provide talent security, strengthen the quality of the public, provide the main guarantee, enrich the form of communication, provide the platform guarantee, construct the corresponding mechanism, provide the system guarantee, from the concrete elaboration to the image metaphor, from the macroscopic narration to the personal feelings, From paying attention to carrying way to combining theory and practice, we can ensure the popularization of socialist theory system with Chinese characteristics.
