【摘要】：中國人口老齡化的速度和程度均為世界之最,亟待將老年友好型社會建設(shè)納入全面建成小康社會發(fā)展目標(biāo),并進(jìn)入政府工作的績效考核指標(biāo)。要將老年貧困降到最低限度,老人消費了經(jīng)濟才有活力,老人樂則社會安。
[Abstract]:The speed and degree of population aging in China is the highest in the world. It is urgent to bring the construction of the aged and friendly society into the development goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way and to enter the performance evaluation index of the government work. To reduce old age poverty to a minimum, the elderly consume economic vitality, elderly happiness is social security.
