地方政府行為質(zhì)量對(duì)地區(qū)企業(yè)品牌發(fā)展的影響研究

【摘要】:作為地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要推動(dòng)力,品牌對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的作用已得到社會(huì)各界的認(rèn)可。但我國地區(qū)間企業(yè)品牌發(fā)展卻表現(xiàn)出明顯的差異性,最主要的表現(xiàn)是地區(qū)間形成的品牌差距越來越大,少數(shù)省區(qū)在品牌發(fā)展中成績突出,但大多數(shù)省區(qū),特別是中西部在品牌戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施中表現(xiàn)乏力。從2 0 1 3年國家工商總局發(fā)布的《中國品牌發(fā)展報(bào)告》中可以看出,東部地區(qū)企業(yè)品牌發(fā)展?fàn)顩r明顯好于中西部地區(qū)。然而長久以來對(duì)品牌的研究一直局限于企業(yè)內(nèi)部的微觀領(lǐng)域,很少有對(duì)于品牌所處的宏觀環(huán)境特別是政府行為質(zhì)量對(duì)地區(qū)企業(yè)品牌發(fā)展的針對(duì)性研究;谖覈貐^(qū)間企業(yè)品牌發(fā)展差異化的現(xiàn)實(shí),本文試圖把這兩部分的研究結(jié)合起來,從地區(qū)間企業(yè)品牌發(fā)展的差異化出發(fā)研究地方政府行為質(zhì)量如何影響企業(yè)行為和由此產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)濟(jì)后果。在具體研究過程中,本文采用省級(jí)面板數(shù)據(jù)建立多元線性回歸模型,實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)具有二重性的地方政府行為對(duì)地區(qū)企業(yè)品牌發(fā)展的影響。通過加入虛擬變量設(shè)置地方政府行為質(zhì)量與地區(qū)G D P交乘項(xiàng)的辦法,研究了不同地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平對(duì)政府行為質(zhì)量和地區(qū)企業(yè)品牌發(fā)展的影響。同時(shí)將我國3 0個(gè)省按行政區(qū)域劃分為東部、中部和西部三大區(qū)域,研究政府行為質(zhì)量在不同區(qū)域?qū)ζ髽I(yè)品牌發(fā)展的影響。經(jīng)過基準(zhǔn)回歸和穩(wěn)健性檢驗(yàn),均證明了本文結(jié)論的正確性,即地方政府行為質(zhì)量是影響地區(qū)企業(yè)品牌發(fā)展的重要因素,政府行為質(zhì)量越高,對(duì)地區(qū)企業(yè)品牌的影響越顯著;地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平對(duì)地方政府行為質(zhì)量和地區(qū)企業(yè)品牌發(fā)展的關(guān)系有顯著影響,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)地方政府行為質(zhì)量對(duì)地區(qū)企業(yè)品牌發(fā)展的影響更顯著。揭示出了地方政府行為質(zhì)量與地區(qū)企業(yè)品牌發(fā)展的內(nèi)在邏輯。同時(shí)在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:As an important driving force of regional economic development, the role of brand in economic development has been recognized by all walks of life. However, there are obvious differences in brand development among different regions in China. The main manifestation is that the brand gap between regions is becoming wider and larger, and a few provinces and regions have outstanding achievements in brand development, but most provinces and regions, In particular, the central and western regions in the implementation of brand strategy performance is weak. From the "China Brand Development report" issued by the State Administration of Industry and Commerce in 2003, it can be seen that the enterprise brand development in the eastern region is obviously better than that in the central and western regions. However, for a long time, the research on brand has been confined to the micro field of the enterprise, and there are few targeted studies on the macro environment of the brand, especially the quality of government behavior, on the development of the regional enterprise brand. Based on the reality of the differentiation of enterprise brand development between regions in China, this paper attempts to combine the two parts of the research. This paper studies how the quality of local government behavior affects enterprise behavior and its economic consequences from the differentiation of enterprise brand development among regions. In the specific research process, this paper uses provincial panel data to establish multiple linear regression model, and empirically tests the influence of local government behavior with duality on the development of regional enterprise brand. By adding virtual variables to set up the local government behavior quality and the regional G D P crossing term, this paper studies the influence of different regional economic development level on the government behavior quality and the regional enterprise brand development. At the same time, 30 provinces in China are divided into three regions according to their administrative regions: the east, the middle and the west. The influence of the quality of government behavior on the brand development of enterprises in different regions is studied. Through the benchmark regression and robustness test, it is proved that the conclusion of this paper is correct, that is, the quality of local government behavior is an important factor affecting the development of regional enterprise brand, the higher the quality of government behavior, the more significant the impact on regional enterprise brand. The level of regional economic development has a significant impact on the relationship between the quality of local government behavior and the development of regional enterprise brand, and the quality of local government behavior has a more significant impact on the development of regional enterprise brand in economically developed areas. It reveals the internal logic of the quality of local government behavior and the development of regional enterprise brand. At the same time, on this basis, the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward.
