【摘要】：在十八大報告中,胡錦濤同志首次明確提出了道路自信、理論自信和制度自信,并要求全黨堅定這三個自信。道路即是方向,決定我們用什么樣的理論來指導,進而決定了應當建設和制定什么樣的社會制度。因此道路自信在三個自信中具有核心作用。在中國共產(chǎn)黨的不懈開拓與探索中開辟了中國特色社會主義道路,并在這條道路上走向繁榮與興旺,以期最終實現(xiàn)國家全面現(xiàn)代化和中華民族的偉大復興。中國共產(chǎn)黨通過改革開放與經(jīng)濟轉型為道路自信奠定堅實經(jīng)濟基礎;發(fā)展穩(wěn)定持續(xù)的政治秩序為道路自信為道路自信提供了政治保障;堅持理論與實踐相結合的認識論為道路自信的提供了重要支柱。逡伴隨全球化進程的不僅是發(fā)展機遇,也有來自國內(nèi)外不同層面和不同程度的深刻挑戰(zhàn)。這些問題影響著社會的穩(wěn)定與和諧,對道路自信產(chǎn)生了負面影響。在這些壓力和挑戰(zhàn)面前,筆者嘗試從提供解決問題的路徑入手,通過加快治理創(chuàng)新、強化意識形態(tài)教育、多途徑維護國家利益等方式,彰顯中國特色社會主義道路的優(yōu)越性,發(fā)揮道路自信的巨大能量,成就民族復興大業(yè)。本文主體由四部分組成,主要就中國特色社會主義道路自信的內(nèi)涵、來源、挑戰(zhàn)和對策展開論述。第一部分著重對道路自信進行分析,首先通過明確中國特色社會主義道路的概念,繼而掌握中國特色社會主義道路自信的內(nèi)涵,這種內(nèi)涵在實踐中表現(xiàn)出主體性、自覺性、堅定性的特征。第二部分根據(jù)對中國歷史脈絡的歸納與總結,指出中國特色社會主義道路自信的來源主要來自兩大方面。其一來源于正確的理論,包括馬克思理論、毛澤東思想、鄧小平理論、“三個代表”重要思想和科學發(fā)展觀。其二來源于共產(chǎn)黨領導中國人民不斷實踐與探索取得的成功。第三部分詳細闡述當前中國道路自信面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。從國內(nèi)方面看主要有權力腐敗導致執(zhí)政合法性資源流失、轉型期社會矛盾導致政治認同度下降、部分民眾對社會主義的妄自菲薄;國際層面面臨的挑戰(zhàn)主要有經(jīng)濟全球化對道路自信的沖擊、西方意識形態(tài)滲透對道路自信的消解、反華敵對勢力對中國特色社會主義道路的解構。第四部分根據(jù)當前國內(nèi)外道路自信面臨的挑戰(zhàn),正確面對困難與挑戰(zhàn)是道路自信應有之義,積極處理各種問題與障礙對提升人民與政黨對國家自信、道路自信有十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:In the report of the 18th National Congress of the CPC, Comrade Hu Jintao for the first time clearly proposed road confidence, theoretical confidence and institutional confidence, and required the whole party to strengthen these three self-confidence. The road is the direction, which determines what kind of theory we use to guide, and then determines what social system should be built and formulated. Therefore, road confidence plays a central role in the three confidence. In the unremitting development and exploration of the Communist Party of China, it has opened up the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and on this road it has moved towards prosperity and prosperity, with a view to realizing the overall modernization of the country and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The Communist Party of China has laid a solid economic foundation for road confidence through reform and opening up and economic transformation, and the development of a stable and sustained political order has provided a political guarantee for road confidence. The theory of epistemology combining theory with practice provides an important pillar for road confidence. Globalization is accompanied not only by development opportunities, but also by profound challenges from different levels and degrees at home and abroad. These problems affect social stability and harmony, and have a negative impact on road confidence. In the face of these pressures and challenges, the author tries to show the superiority of the socialist road with Chinese characteristics by providing the path to solve the problem, speeding up the innovation of governance, strengthening ideological education, and safeguarding the interests of the state in many ways. Bring into play the great energy of road confidence and accomplish the great cause of national rejuvenation. This paper consists of four parts, mainly discusses the connotation, source, challenge and countermeasures of the road confidence of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The first part focuses on the analysis of road confidence. Firstly, by clarifying the concept of socialist road with Chinese characteristics, and then mastering the connotation of road confidence with Chinese characteristics, this connotation shows subjectivity and consciousness in practice. The quality of being firm. The second part points out that the origin of confidence in socialism with Chinese characteristics comes from two aspects according to the summarization and summary of the historical context of China. The first is from the correct theory, including Marx's theory, Mao Zedong's thought, Deng Xiaoping's theory, the important thought of "three represents" and the scientific development view. Second, from the Communist Party's leadership of the Chinese people continue to practice and explore the success. The third part elaborates the challenge that China road confidence faces at present. From the domestic point of view there are mainly power corruption leading to the loss of ruling legitimacy resources the social contradictions in the transition period leading to the decline of political identity some of the people on the socialist self-doubt; At the international level, the main challenges are the impact of economic globalization on road confidence, the deconstruction of road confidence by the infiltration of western ideology, and the deconstruction of socialist road with Chinese characteristics by anti-China hostile forces. The fourth part, according to the challenge of road confidence at home and abroad, correctly facing difficulties and challenges is the proper meaning of road confidence, and actively dealing with all kinds of problems and obstacles to enhance the people and political parties confidence in the country. Road confidence is of great significance.
