【摘要】：伴隨著全球化的日益拓展,共同利益對合作具有更為基礎性的作用。關(guān)照國家利益和共同利益的互動過程,無疑能夠加強對國際合作理論與實踐的整體把握。深入探究共同利益的理論內(nèi)涵,不僅能夠加強對國際合作的整體把握,還將使共同利益這一"理論的假設"轉(zhuǎn)化成"理論的問題"。共同利益是相互依賴狀態(tài)下國家利益存在共性或趨同的部分,由共同收益和共同威脅所構(gòu)成,并在雙邊、多邊和全球框架內(nèi)形成國際合作的基礎。以國家利益和相互依賴為核心要素,共同利益形成于國家利益的交互博弈中;共同利益的運行是損益統(tǒng)一、動靜統(tǒng)一和知行統(tǒng)一的;共同利益通過"自助—互惠—互利"的路徑確立國家間的"共享",并在雙邊、多邊與全球互動中展現(xiàn)出不同的特征。對共同利益的未來探討要有效融入中國的共同利益觀念與實踐,從而形成真正匯通東西的共同利益解讀。
[Abstract]:With the development of globalization, common interests play a more fundamental role in cooperation. The interactive process of caring for national and common interests can undoubtedly strengthen the overall grasp of the theory and practice of international cooperation. Exploring the theoretical connotation of common interests in depth can not only strengthen the overall grasp of international cooperation, but also transform the "theoretical hypothesis" of common interests into "theoretical problems". Common interest is a common or convergent part of national interests under the condition of interdependence, which consists of common benefits and common threats, and forms the basis of international cooperation within bilateral, multilateral and global frameworks. Taking national interests and interdependence as the core elements, the common interests are formed in the interactive game of national interests, the operation of common interests is the unity of profit and loss, the unity of movement and movement, and the unity of knowledge and practice; Common interests establish "sharing" among countries through the path of "self-help, mutual benefit and mutual benefit", and show different characteristics in bilateral, multilateral and global interactions. To explore the future of common interests, we should effectively integrate the concept and practice of common interests in China, so as to form a real interpretation of the common interests of East and West.
