【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,女性的經(jīng)濟(jì)地位和家庭地位與以往相比有了顯著提高,而在男性腦海中還保留著自己對(duì)妻子有支配權(quán)的意識(shí),當(dāng)女性有了獨(dú)立的經(jīng)濟(jì)地位繼而不斷爭(zhēng)取自己的社會(huì)地位和家庭暴力,不認(rèn)可男性在家中的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán),家庭暴力現(xiàn)象隨之產(chǎn)生。當(dāng)前,家庭暴力問(wèn)題一直未得到相關(guān)部門(mén)重視,越來(lái)越多的女性受害者無(wú)法忍受長(zhǎng)久以來(lái)被家暴的身體傷害和內(nèi)心創(chuàng)傷,也導(dǎo)致了離婚率的上升,不穩(wěn)定因素陡然增加,因此,如何保護(hù)婦女遠(yuǎn)離家庭暴力的傷害,是我們共同的呼吁。本文運(yùn)用歷史唯物主義法、文獻(xiàn)資料法和歸納總結(jié)法,在立足原文的基礎(chǔ)上,系統(tǒng)的梳理出恩格斯婚姻觀相關(guān)理論。其次以個(gè)人、家庭、社會(huì)的角度探究家暴的三種主要形式和危害;通過(guò)分析女性地位的改變、受市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展以及受到“自由之愛(ài)”的消極影響,旨在分析造成婦女遭受家暴問(wèn)題的原因所在;以恩格斯婚姻觀為切入點(diǎn)對(duì)家庭暴力問(wèn)題有針對(duì)性地提出對(duì)策建議,力爭(zhēng)做到“知先行后”。恩格斯的婚姻觀理論為我們指明了科學(xué)的方向,為實(shí)現(xiàn)受虐婦女群體的切身利益提供了完備的理論依據(jù),其婚姻觀促進(jìn)了以愛(ài)情為基礎(chǔ)的婚姻產(chǎn)生,同時(shí)把婚姻責(zé)任作為家庭保障,對(duì)我國(guó)家庭暴力問(wèn)題的解決具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義,對(duì)家庭內(nèi)部的和諧建設(shè)有著深刻的啟迪價(jià)值。目前,我國(guó)處于建設(shè)和諧社會(huì)的進(jìn)程中,反對(duì)家庭暴力問(wèn)題的研究,有助于解決婦女受到家暴侵害的現(xiàn)象,進(jìn)一步改變社會(huì)現(xiàn)存的迂腐觀念,引領(lǐng)社會(huì)良性發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the economy, women's economic status and family status have improved significantly compared with the past, while men still have a sense of control over their wives in their minds. When women have independent economic status and continue to strive for their own social status and domestic violence, do not recognize the leadership of men in the family, the phenomenon of domestic violence arises. At present, the problem of domestic violence has not been taken seriously by relevant departments. More and more female victims are unable to endure the physical injury and internal trauma caused by domestic violence for a long time. This has also led to an increase in divorce rates and an abrupt increase in unstable factors. Therefore, How to protect women from domestic violence is our common call. In this paper, the historical materialism method, literature method and summary method, based on the original text, systematically combing out the related theory of Engels' concept of marriage. Secondly, from the perspective of individual, family and society, it explores the three main forms of domestic violence and its harm. By analyzing the changes in the status of women, it is negatively affected by the development of the market economy and the "love of freedom". The purpose is to analyze the causes of domestic violence against women, to put forward countermeasures and suggestions on domestic violence from Engels' view of marriage, and to make every effort to "know first". Engels' theory of marriage points out the scientific direction for us and provides a complete theoretical basis for the realization of the vital interests of battered women, whose view of marriage promotes the emergence of marriage based on love. At the same time, taking the responsibility of marriage as the family security has certain guiding significance for the solution of the problem of domestic violence in our country, and has profound enlightening value for the harmonious construction of the family. At present, our country is in the process of building a harmonious society, the research against the problem of domestic violence is helpful to solve the phenomenon of domestic violence against women, further change the existing pedantic idea of society, and lead the society to develop healthily.
