【摘要】：以結(jié)構(gòu)性嵌入作為理論視角,從嵌入過程、嵌入特點(diǎn)、嵌入效應(yīng)方面分析了Q社區(qū)開展的醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合實(shí)踐。醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合的社區(qū)實(shí)踐是醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生服務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)性嵌入于居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)體系的過程。在結(jié)構(gòu)性嵌入過程中,基層醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生服務(wù)具有可及性與不可替代性。通過長期的交往互動,醫(yī)護(hù)工作人員與社區(qū)居民形成了信任的社會關(guān)系,然而也出現(xiàn)了嵌入過程中的縫隙化,體現(xiàn)為護(hù)理的不足。在此基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)從淺層次嵌入向深層次嵌入發(fā)展。作為服務(wù)對象的老年人,應(yīng)由被動的接受服務(wù)向主動的自身保健、表達(dá)訴求轉(zhuǎn)變。通過整合資源實(shí)現(xiàn)無縫隙嵌入的空間拓展。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of structural embedding, this paper analyzes the practice of medical and nursing combination in Q community from the aspects of embedding process, embedding characteristics and embedding effect. The community practice of the combination of medical care and support is a process in which the structure of medical and health services is embedded in the family pension service system. In the process of structural embedding, primary health services are accessible and irreplaceable. Through long-term interaction, health care workers and community residents formed trust in social relations, but also appeared in the embedded process of the gap, reflected in the lack of nursing. On this basis, we should develop from shallow embedding to deep embedding. The elderly, as the object of service, should change from passive service to active self-care. Through the integration of resources to achieve seamless embedding of space expansion.
