【摘要】：本文運(yùn)用臺(tái)灣地區(qū)TEDS與ABS數(shù)據(jù),在臺(tái)灣所謂的民主體制、權(quán)威機(jī)關(guān)兩個(gè)層面探討臺(tái)灣民眾政治支持的分布與影響因素。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)臺(tái)灣民眾對既有體制的堅(jiān)定支持與臺(tái)灣式民主的運(yùn)作滿意度并不是很高。民眾對體制運(yùn)作的滿意程度直接影響對現(xiàn)有體制的支持,民眾對權(quán)威機(jī)關(guān)的負(fù)面評價(jià)會(huì)侵蝕對現(xiàn)有體制的支持。2012年后"民主批評"與"民主離異"群體比例上升,臺(tái)灣民眾對"民主赤字"擴(kuò)大的行動(dòng)反應(yīng)也有顯現(xiàn)。其中,"民主批評"群體雖會(huì)對行政當(dāng)局的政策產(chǎn)出帶來優(yōu)化動(dòng)力,但臺(tái)灣朝野政治精英如何強(qiáng)化權(quán)威機(jī)關(guān)的治理表現(xiàn)是長期且關(guān)鍵的問題。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of TEDS and ABS in Taiwan, this paper discusses the distribution and influence factors of Taiwan people's political support at the two levels of Taiwan's so-called democratic system and authoritative organs. The study found that Taiwanese people's firm support for the existing system and Taiwan-style democracy's operating satisfaction is not very high. The level of popular satisfaction with the functioning of the system directly affects support for the existing system, and negative public comments on the authorities erode support for the existing system. The proportion of "democratic criticism" and "democratic divorce" groups has increased since 2012, Taiwan's public response to the widening democratic deficit is also evident. Although the "democratic criticism" group will bring the optimized power to the policy output of the administrative authorities, it is a long-term and crucial question how to strengthen the governance performance of Taiwan's ruling and opposition political elites.
