【摘要】：建設(shè)雄安新區(qū)的根本戰(zhàn)略意圖有三,一是使其成為非首都功能集中紓解承接地,二是分流京津冀過密人口,三是優(yōu)化京津冀產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和區(qū)域布局。因此,要把"創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開放、共享"的新發(fā)展理念同雄安新區(qū)的三個(gè)戰(zhàn)略意圖結(jié)合起來。
[Abstract]:The basic strategic intention of constructing Xiong'an New area is three: one is to make it become a non-capital function centralized relief undertaking place, the other is to divert the population of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei overdensity, and the third is to optimize the industrial structure and regional layout of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. Therefore, the new development concept of "innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing" should be combined with the three strategic intentions of Xiong'an New District.
