【摘要】：本文以全球化理論認(rèn)識(shí)和反全球化思潮為研究視角,對(duì)全球經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、政治三個(gè)層面的反全球化現(xiàn)象和政治思潮進(jìn)行了動(dòng)力、機(jī)制、認(rèn)知方面的梳理與分析。文章認(rèn)為,英國(guó)脫歐是反全球化的轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn),經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化產(chǎn)生的"全球化紅利"支付難題,已經(jīng)導(dǎo)致民族國(guó)家政治解決社會(huì)問(wèn)題的復(fù)雜化;而社會(huì)底層運(yùn)動(dòng)的呼聲,得到了西方部分政治代表人物的響應(yīng)并推動(dòng)著政治哲學(xué)層面的觀念轉(zhuǎn)換,這些都是影響反全球化的重要因素。傳統(tǒng)西方左右翼政黨的主流政治無(wú)法全面應(yīng)對(duì)極右翼跨界聯(lián)合的新挑戰(zhàn),從而在更深的文明層面引發(fā)了多層次的沖突與對(duì)抗,而這種社會(huì)認(rèn)識(shí)和政治意識(shí)形態(tài)的擴(kuò)散正在主導(dǎo)本輪反全球化的方向。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of globalization theory and anti-globalization thoughts, this paper analyzes the global economic, social and political phenomena of anti-globalization and political trend of thought in the aspects of power, mechanism, cognition and analysis. The article holds that Brexit from the European Union is a turning point in anti-globalization, and that the problem of "global dividend" payment caused by economic globalization has led to the complication of political settlement of social problems in nation-states, and the voice of the movement at the bottom of the society. Some political representatives in the West responded and promoted the change of ideas in the political philosophy, which are the important factors affecting the anti-globalization. The mainstream politics of the traditional left and right wing parties in the West cannot fully cope with the new challenge of the far-right cross-border alliance, thus triggering a multi-level conflict and confrontation on a deeper level of civilization. This kind of social understanding and the spread of political ideology are dominating the direction of anti-globalization.
