【摘要】：老齡化是中國(guó)正面臨的嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn),農(nóng)村地區(qū)老齡化形勢(shì)尤其嚴(yán)峻。四川省地處中國(guó)西部,自改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),一直是一個(gè)勞務(wù)輸出大省,農(nóng)村年輕勞動(dòng)力大量流出,老齡化速度快、水平高,2015年已經(jīng)進(jìn)入“老齡化社會(huì)”�！敖】道淆g化”是應(yīng)對(duì)嚴(yán)峻的老齡化形勢(shì)的重要方式。但是由于長(zhǎng)期城鄉(xiāng)二元發(fā)展格局,四川農(nóng)村地區(qū)“未富先老”、“未備先老”特征明顯,“健康老齡化”面臨挑戰(zhàn)。關(guān)注四川農(nóng)村老人健康狀況及影響因素,促進(jìn)健康需求滿足,對(duì)改善農(nóng)村老人健康狀況、應(yīng)對(duì)老齡化具有重要意義。四川省農(nóng)村地區(qū)老齡化具有水平高、高齡化和“未富先老”等特征,社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展存在農(nóng)民收入水平較低、收入增長(zhǎng)速度較慢、貧富差距明顯、基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生條件需要改善、醫(yī)療隊(duì)伍建設(shè)薄弱以及缺乏技術(shù)人才等問(wèn)題。四川農(nóng)村地區(qū)老年人群中亞健康的人群占23.66%,行動(dòng)、自我照顧、日�；顒�(dòng)、心理狀態(tài)等方面的健康狀況都處于弱勢(shì)地位,然后使用調(diào)查樣本數(shù)據(jù)分析了不同特征的農(nóng)村老人健康狀況。文章接著以健康老齡化理論、Grossman健康需求理論、社會(huì)支持理論以及其他相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合前人關(guān)于健康狀況的研究,提出影響四川農(nóng)村老人健康狀況的人口學(xué)特征、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)地位特征、社會(huì)參與、衛(wèi)生條件、地區(qū)五個(gè)維度,使用四川省城鄉(xiāng)老年人口健康保障能力與服務(wù)供給體系研究課題調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用二元logistic回歸分析模型,分析上述五個(gè)維度對(duì)四川省農(nóng)村老人健康狀況的影響。logistic回歸分析和描述統(tǒng)計(jì)分析結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)四川省農(nóng)村老人健康狀況地區(qū)差異明顯;高齡、女性農(nóng)村老人在健康狀況滿足方面是弱勢(shì)群體;良好的個(gè)人經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況、有酬的社會(huì)參與活動(dòng)、良好的就醫(yī)可及性和醫(yī)保報(bào)銷(xiāo)水平對(duì)滿足農(nóng)村老人健康狀況有積極作用�？梢詮奶剿鬓r(nóng)村社區(qū)照護(hù)體系,提升照護(hù)水平;完善醫(yī)療保障制度,提高醫(yī)療保障水平;提升農(nóng)村基層醫(yī)療服務(wù)配置和利用效率,促進(jìn)就醫(yī)可及性等方面促進(jìn)四川省農(nóng)村老人健康狀況的改善。
[Abstract]:Aging is a severe challenge facing China, especially in rural areas. Sichuan Province is located in the western part of China. Since the reform and opening up, Sichuan Province has been a big labor export province. The young labor force in rural areas is flowing out in large numbers, the aging speed is fast and the level is high. In 2015, Sichuan Province has entered an "aging society". Healthy aging is an important way to deal with the severe aging situation. However, due to the long-term dual development of urban and rural areas, Sichuan rural areas "rich first old", "not prepared for the old" characteristics are obvious, "healthy aging" is facing a challenge. It is of great significance to pay attention to the health status and influencing factors of the rural elderly in Sichuan and to promote the satisfaction of the health needs of the rural elderly in order to improve the health status of the rural elderly and cope with the aging. The aging of rural areas in Sichuan Province is characterized by a high level of aging, aging and "getting old before getting rich". In the development of social economy, the income level of farmers is lower, the growth rate of income is slower, the gap between rich and poor is obvious, and the basic medical and health conditions need to be improved. Medical team construction is weak and lack of technical personnel and other problems. In Sichuan rural areas, sub-healthy people account for 23.66. the health status of the elderly in such aspects as action, self-care, daily activities, psychological status, etc., is in a weak position. Then the survey sample data were used to analyze the health status of rural elderly with different characteristics. Based on Grossman's theory of health demand, social support theory and other relevant theories, and combining with the previous studies on health status, the paper puts forward the demographic characteristics that affect the health status of the rural elderly in Sichuan province. Social and economic status characteristics, social participation, health conditions, regional five dimensions, the use of Sichuan urban and rural elderly population health security capacity and service supply system research topic survey data, the use of binary logistic regression model, Logistic regression analysis and descriptive statistical analysis on the health status of the rural elderly in Sichuan Province showed that there were significant differences in the health status of the rural elderly in Sichuan Province. The female rural elderly are a weak group in the aspect of health satisfaction, good personal economic condition, paid social participation, good accessibility to medical treatment and the level of medical insurance reimbursement have positive effects on meeting the health status of the rural elderly. We can explore the rural community care system, improve the level of care, improve the medical security system, improve the level of medical security, improve the allocation and utilization efficiency of rural primary medical services, To improve the health status of the rural elderly in Sichuan Province.
