【摘要】：人民政協(xié)政治協(xié)商是社會(huì)主義協(xié)商民主的重要渠道,在國家治理現(xiàn)代化中具有重要的地位。國家治理現(xiàn)代化視角下的人民政協(xié)政治協(xié)商,具有政治參與、決策咨詢、價(jià)值導(dǎo)向、監(jiān)督約束、維護(hù)穩(wěn)定功能。完善和發(fā)展人民政協(xié)政治協(xié)商,推進(jìn)國家治理現(xiàn)代化,必須堅(jiān)定不移走中國特色社會(huì)主義政治發(fā)展道路,著力加強(qiáng)主體建設(shè)和制度化、規(guī)范化、程序化建設(shè),強(qiáng)化形式創(chuàng)新和文化培育。
[Abstract]:CPPCC political consultation is an important channel for socialist consultative democracy and plays an important role in the modernization of state governance. The political consultation of the CPPCC under the perspective of national governance modernization has the functions of political participation, decision-making consultation, value guidance, supervision and restraint, and maintenance of stability. In order to perfect and develop the CPPCC political consultation and promote the modernization of national governance, we must unswervingly follow the road of socialist political development with Chinese characteristics, and strive to strengthen the construction and institutionalization of the main body, standardization and procedural construction. Strengthen form innovation and culture cultivation.
