殘疾人就業(yè)壓力的影響因素及其作用機(jī)制:自尊和社交行為的多重中介效應(yīng)

【摘要】:本研究采用問(wèn)卷法調(diào)查了410名殘疾人,探討殘疾人領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持、自尊、社交行為特征與就業(yè)壓力的關(guān)系。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),女性殘疾人的就業(yè)壓力要高于男性殘疾人,農(nóng)村殘疾人的就業(yè)壓力要高于城市殘疾人;領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持不僅能直接影響殘疾人的就業(yè)壓力,還能通過(guò)自尊與社交行為特征的多重中介效應(yīng)對(duì)就業(yè)壓力產(chǎn)生影響。因此,殘疾人領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持對(duì)其就業(yè)壓力的影響是一個(gè)多重中介模型。研究結(jié)論對(duì)解決殘疾人就業(yè)問(wèn)題具有理論和實(shí)際意義。
[Abstract]:In this study, 410 disabled persons were investigated by questionnaire to explore the relationship between perceived social support, self-esteem, social behavior and employment stress. The results show that the employment pressure of the disabled women is higher than that of the disabled men, the employment pressure of the disabled in rural areas is higher than that of the urban disabled, and the social support can not only directly affect the employment pressure of the disabled. It can also influence employment stress through multiple mediations of self-esteem and social behavior. Therefore, the impact of social support on employment pressure is a multi-mediation model for persons with disabilities. The conclusion is of theoretical and practical significance to solve the employment problem of disabled persons.
