【摘要】：一個國家的發(fā)展是具有很強的歷史連續(xù)性的,對于俄國這樣一個民族眾多、帝國傳統(tǒng)深厚、經(jīng)濟文化發(fā)達(dá)的大國而言,也是如此。本文通過對沙俄時代憲政體制、蘇聯(lián)時代憲政體制的更迭到當(dāng)代俄羅斯憲政制度的形成三個階段,縱向介紹俄國的憲政體制變化及影響。本文著重研究俄羅斯憲政體制確立的整體進(jìn)程,通過對俄羅斯憲政體制及其發(fā)展趨勢的分析,俄羅斯政治體制轉(zhuǎn)型的過程充滿了曲折和反復(fù)。代表不同階層利益的各種政治勢力之間的激烈斗爭貫穿于整個俄羅斯轉(zhuǎn)型時期,還有改革過程中面對的嚴(yán)峻國際形勢,俄羅斯憲政體制確立還受到其歷史文化傳統(tǒng)的深刻影響。俄羅斯憲政體制日漸成熟,使得俄羅斯經(jīng)濟政治都得到了顯著的提高,整個俄羅斯的綜合國力也得到了穩(wěn)固的提升,國際地位也不斷增強。但其憲政體制也有其自身的局限。對周邊國家和中國都產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響,我們在向其學(xué)習(xí)的時候要取其精華,去其糟粕。
[Abstract]:The development of a country has a strong historical continuity. It is also true for a large country with many ethnic groups, profound imperial tradition and developed economy and culture. This article introduces the three stages of the formation of the constitutional system in the era of Russia, the change of the constitutional system in the Soviet era and the formation of the contemporary Russian constitutional system. The change and influence of the Russian constitutional system. This article focuses on the overall process of the establishment of Russian constitutional system. Through the analysis of the Russian constitutional system and its development trend, the process of the transformation of Russian political system is full of twists and turns. The fierce struggle between various political forces representing the interests of different strata runs through the whole In the period of Russia's transition and the severe international situation in the course of the reform, the establishment of Russian constitutional system has been deeply influenced by its historical and cultural tradition.
