【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)直播快速發(fā)展帶來巨大的傳播風險與挑戰(zhàn),專業(yè)把關(guān)人缺失引發(fā)信息安全與合法性問題�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)直播治理應遵循多方協(xié)同參與的原則;互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)和億萬網(wǎng)民是治理的重要力量;治理工具以技術(shù)為主,市場和法律為輔。治理策略上,將傳統(tǒng)廣電業(yè)發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)直播治理結(jié)合,讓傳統(tǒng)廣電業(yè)進入直播平臺提供主流內(nèi)容。應該將直播技術(shù)定位為如電子郵箱一樣的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)基礎(chǔ)應用技術(shù),為用戶提供傳播服務(wù),為政府行政執(zhí)法、教育、旅游甚至扶貧等領(lǐng)域提供良好的技術(shù)支撐。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of live broadcast on the Internet brings huge communication risks and challenges, and the lack of professional gatekeepers leads to the problem of information security and legitimacy. Internet direct broadcast governance should follow the principle of multi-cooperative participation; Internet enterprises and hundreds of millions of Internet users are the important power of governance; governance tools are mainly based on technology, the market and the law are supplementary. On the governance strategy, the transformation of the development of the traditional wide electricity industry and the Internet direct broadcast governance combination, so that the traditional wide electricity industry into the live broadcast platform to provide mainstream content. The technology of direct broadcast should be positioned as the basic application technology of Internet such as email, providing communication services for users, providing good technical support for government administration, law enforcement, education, tourism and even poverty alleviation and so on.
