【摘要】：從核武器、國際貿(mào)易到人道主義危機(jī),這些各國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人不得不處理的復(fù)雜問題,往往能夠激發(fā)公眾的強(qiáng)烈情緒。目前,國際關(guān)系學(xué)者們?nèi)匀蝗狈侠淼那榫w、情感研究工具。基于當(dāng)前英美國際關(guān)系理論,借助神經(jīng)科學(xué)、心理學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)等跨學(xué)科的研究成果,文章提出了一個(gè)綜合的分析框架,以分析與外交政策、國際關(guān)系相關(guān)的情緒、情感現(xiàn)象。該研究框架分為如下幾個(gè)部分:首先,區(qū)分通常稱之為"情緒"的一系列"狀態(tài)情感"與在研究中通常被忽視的、包括"社會(huì)氛圍"等背景因素在內(nèi)的"基調(diào)情感";其次,提出可以通過不同的分析層次研究不同的情感形式;再次,基于情感的多種形式,提出了六項(xiàng)議題,不僅考察情感對國際政治的直接影響,而且分析不同情感現(xiàn)象之間的內(nèi)在關(guān)聯(lián);最后,援引包括亞洲在內(nèi)的國際關(guān)系案例,說明在一個(gè)日新月異的國際社會(huì)中,解讀國際政治行為體行為中的情感因素顯得尤為重要。
[Abstract]:From nuclear weapons to international trade to humanitarian crises, the complex issues that these leaders have to deal with often generate strong public sentiment. At present, international relations scholars still lack reasonable emotional research tools. Based on the current Anglo-American theory of international relations, with the help of interdisciplinary research achievements in neuroscience, psychology and sociology, this paper puts forward a comprehensive analytical framework to analyze the emotional and emotional phenomena related to foreign policy and international relations. The research framework is divided into the following parts: first, it distinguishes between a series of "state emotions", which are commonly referred to as "emotions", and "tone emotions", which are often ignored in the study, including background factors such as "social atmosphere". It is suggested that different forms of emotion can be studied at different levels of analysis. Thirdly, based on various forms of emotion, six topics have been proposed, not only to examine the direct impact of emotion on international politics, Finally, citing the case of international relations, including Asia, it shows that in a rapidly changing international society, it is particularly important to interpret the emotional factors in the behavior of international political actors.
