【摘要】：在改進城市社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)方面,武漢市一些社區(qū)探索出了一些典型代表性的服務(wù)模式,如以多元主體參與、功能集合為特色的聚合型養(yǎng)老服務(wù)模式;以網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)為支撐、便利化為主要特征的網(wǎng)絡(luò)型養(yǎng)老服務(wù)模式;以社會協(xié)同互助、資源整合為突出特點的公益型養(yǎng)老模式。盡管上述三種模式在價值定位、運行機制、服務(wù)內(nèi)容等方面存在交疊和異同,但其在實際運行中仍存在一些問題,如聚合性與整合性問題,便捷性與推廣性問題,公益性與營利性問題。加強多元服務(wù)主體的有序整合與優(yōu)化,提升網(wǎng)絡(luò)化養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的便利性與安全,強化公益組織的公益服務(wù)和系統(tǒng)監(jiān)管是應(yīng)對上述問題的重要舉措。
[Abstract]:In improving the urban community home pension service, some communities in Wuhan have explored some typical service models, such as the multi-subject participation, the function set as the characteristics of the convergent old-age service model, supported by network technology, The main characteristics of the network pension service model is facilitation, and the public welfare pension model is characterized by social cooperation and mutual assistance, and resource integration. Although the above three modes have overlaps and similarities in the aspects of value orientation, operation mechanism and service content, there are still some problems in their practical operation, such as polymerization and integration, convenience and generalization, etc. Public welfare and profitability. To strengthen the orderly integration and optimization of multiple service subjects, to enhance the convenience and security of network pension services, and to strengthen the public welfare services and system supervision of public welfare organizations are important measures to deal with the above problems.
