【摘要】：民生是為政之要,中國共產(chǎn)黨人要時(shí)刻放在心頭、扛在肩上。保障和改善民生是實(shí)現(xiàn)人民幸福的基礎(chǔ)性工作,是促進(jìn)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的根本性舉措。保障和改善民生要堅(jiān)持"以人民為中心",按照習(xí)近平總書記提出的保障和改善民生的總思路,不斷努力推進(jìn)保障和改善民生工作,提高保障和改善民生工作水平。
