【摘要】：本文回顧了雄安"新城"戰(zhàn)略的理念和發(fā)展過程,根據(jù)十九大提出的新時(shí)代的新發(fā)展理念、城市發(fā)展規(guī)律和雄安新城戰(zhàn)略的構(gòu)想,進(jìn)行了建設(shè)性思考和討論。作者提出,雄安建設(shè)是為應(yīng)對疏解北京發(fā)展壓力而設(shè)計(jì)出來的一步破局之旅,但牽涉到的問題卻是時(shí)代性的大問題,是解決人民日益增長的美好生活需要和發(fā)展不平衡不充分之間的新矛盾的一個(gè)重大樣板工程。雄安規(guī)劃,處于世界新工業(yè)和新技術(shù)顛覆性變化的前夜,應(yīng)該認(rèn)真借鑒國內(nèi)外大城區(qū)建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),更進(jìn)一步地解放思想,用更大格局的思維更新城市理念,進(jìn)行城區(qū)的規(guī)劃和建設(shè),要跨越性思考,還要留下有序調(diào)整的空間、不斷引領(lǐng)中國乃至世界城市的建設(shè)和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:This paper reviews the concept and development process of Xiong'an "New City" strategy. According to the new development concept of the new era put forward by 19th CPC National Congress, the law of urban development and the conception of Xiong'an New City Strategy, the constructive thinking and discussion are made. The author suggests that the construction of Xiong'an is a journey designed to ease the pressure of Beijing's development, but the problem involved is a major problem of the times. It is an important model project to solve the new contradiction between the growing needs of the people and the imbalance of development. Xiong'an 's plan is on the eve of the subversive changes of new industries and new technologies in the world. We should seriously learn from the experience of the construction of large urban areas at home and abroad, further emancipate our minds and renew urban concepts with the thinking of a larger pattern. The planning and construction of urban areas should be considered by leaps and bounds, and the space for orderly adjustment should be left to lead the construction and development of cities in China and the world.
