【摘要】：近現(xiàn)代中國政黨生長于為實(shí)現(xiàn)民族獨(dú)立和國家統(tǒng)一而斗爭的時代環(huán)境,權(quán)力爭奪從來就不是政黨關(guān)系的焦點(diǎn)。中國共產(chǎn)黨團(tuán)結(jié)各民主黨派和民主人士,結(jié)成了命運(yùn)共同體關(guān)系,奠定了政黨協(xié)商的歷史基礎(chǔ)。改革開放新時期,中國發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)凸顯了國家治理現(xiàn)代轉(zhuǎn)型的要求,國家治理現(xiàn)代化需要政黨參與始終在場。以加強(qiáng)政黨協(xié)商提高政黨參與的水平,以推動政黨參與保證政黨協(xié)商的質(zhì)量,構(gòu)成當(dāng)代中國國家治理現(xiàn)代化向前邁進(jìn)的重大任務(wù)。政黨協(xié)商作為中國政治實(shí)踐中早已形成的歷史形式,完善和發(fā)展社會主義協(xié)商民主必須把政黨協(xié)商有機(jī)地嵌入到推進(jìn)國家治理現(xiàn)代化之中。
[Abstract]:Chinese political parties grew up in the era of struggle for the realization of national independence and national reunification, power struggle has never been the focus of party relations. The Communist Party of China United the democratic parties and democratic personages, formed the destiny community relations, established the historical foundation of the party consultation. In the new period of reform and opening up, the reality of China's development highlights the requirements of the modern transformation of state governance, and the modernization of state governance requires the participation of political parties all the time. In order to strengthen party consultation and improve the level of political party participation in order to promote political party participation to ensure the quality of political party consultation, it is an important task for the modernization of national governance in contemporary China to move forward. Party consultation is a historical form formed in Chinese political practice. To perfect and develop socialist consultative democracy, it is necessary to embed party consultation organically in promoting the modernization of national governance.
