【摘要】：發(fā)展是社會(huì)追求進(jìn)步的永恒目標(biāo),也是當(dāng)今的時(shí)代主題。發(fā)展理念是發(fā)展實(shí)踐的引領(lǐng),是發(fā)展思路、發(fā)展方向、發(fā)展著力點(diǎn)的集中體現(xiàn)。世界各國(guó)在發(fā)展上的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),歸根結(jié)底也是發(fā)展理念的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。建國(guó)以來(lái)至今,中國(guó)社會(huì)的發(fā)展取得了世界矚目的成就。在這個(gè)過(guò)程中雖然有曲折,但成就是不容置疑的,之所以能取得如此豐碩的社會(huì)發(fā)展成就,首要?dú)w功于有中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的正確領(lǐng)導(dǎo),這與中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨發(fā)展理念的推進(jìn)與創(chuàng)新緊密關(guān)切。當(dāng)前就世情和國(guó)情而言,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、政治多極化的形勢(shì)越來(lái)越復(fù)雜,中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)改革進(jìn)入深水區(qū)、全面建成小康社會(huì)進(jìn)入攻堅(jiān)期,在此背景下進(jìn)行建國(guó)以來(lái)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨發(fā)展理念演進(jìn)研究,具有重要的理論價(jià)值與實(shí)用價(jià)值。根據(jù)研究需要,本論文主要分為四章進(jìn)行研究:第一章:對(duì)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨發(fā)展理念相關(guān)概念及其建構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行研究。根據(jù)對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料的考察和分析,廓清“發(fā)展”、“發(fā)展理念”、中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨發(fā)展理念等概念的含義;認(rèn)知中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨發(fā)展理念建構(gòu)的理論指導(dǎo)、思想源泉和現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ),以及對(duì)西方發(fā)展理念的揚(yáng)棄與超越。為本論文研究的進(jìn)一步開(kāi)展,奠定基礎(chǔ)。第二章:對(duì)建國(guó)以來(lái)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨發(fā)展理念演進(jìn)的考察和把握,這是本文研究的一個(gè)主要內(nèi)容,也是本文研究的一個(gè)重點(diǎn)。利用歷史分析法和對(duì)比分析法,對(duì)新中國(guó)成立至改革開(kāi)放前、改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)至十八大召開(kāi)前以及十八大以來(lái),中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政歷程中的這三個(gè)重要時(shí)期進(jìn)行考察、探究,發(fā)掘和把握建國(guó)以來(lái)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨發(fā)展理念演進(jìn)的基本歷史進(jìn)程和核心成果,為進(jìn)一步探尋中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨發(fā)展理念演進(jìn)的特征和經(jīng)驗(yàn)提供研究鋪墊。第三章:對(duì)建國(guó)以來(lái)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨發(fā)展理念的基本特征進(jìn)行分析,這是本文的難點(diǎn)之一。由于相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)研究較少,筆者在查閱資料文獻(xiàn)、深入分析的基礎(chǔ)上,歸納總結(jié)出五點(diǎn)基本特征,即繼承性與創(chuàng)新性的統(tǒng)一、國(guó)家利益與人民利益的統(tǒng)一、全局發(fā)展與重點(diǎn)建設(shè)的統(tǒng)一、社會(huì)發(fā)展與環(huán)境保護(hù)的統(tǒng)一、自身發(fā)展與世界共同發(fā)展的統(tǒng)一。第四章:探析建國(guó)以來(lái)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨發(fā)展理念演進(jìn)的基本經(jīng)驗(yàn),這是本文研究的又一個(gè)重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。在上述研究結(jié)論的基礎(chǔ)上,經(jīng)過(guò)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)研究和對(duì)建國(guó)以來(lái)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨實(shí)踐成效的考察,歸納了五點(diǎn)基本經(jīng)驗(yàn)。即始終把發(fā)展作為黨的奮斗目標(biāo),始終堅(jiān)持馬克思主義基本觀點(diǎn)、立場(chǎng)和方法,堅(jiān)定不移地走中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義發(fā)展道路,始終以實(shí)現(xiàn)廣大人民群眾的根本利益為價(jià)值目標(biāo),高度保持與時(shí)俱進(jìn)、勇于創(chuàng)新的精神勇氣。
[Abstract]:Development is the eternal goal of social progress and the theme of the times. The concept of development is the guide of development practice, the concentrated embodiment of development thought, direction and development focus. The competition in the development of countries in the world, in the final analysis is the competition of development ideas. Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, the development of Chinese society has made remarkable achievements in the world. Although there have been twists and turns in this process, there is no doubt that the achievements are unquestionable.Firstly, the success of such a rich social development can be attributed to the correct leadership of the Communist Party of China. This is closely concerned with the promotion and innovation of the Communist Party of China's development concept. As far as world conditions and national conditions are concerned, the situation of economic globalization and political multipolarization is becoming more and more complicated. China's economic reform has entered deep water areas and the building of a well-off society in an all-round way has entered a critical period. Under this background, it has important theoretical and practical value to study the evolution of the CPC's development idea since the founding of the people's Republic of China. According to the need of the research, this paper is divided into four chapters: the first chapter: the research on the concept of the development of the CPC and its construction basis. Based on the investigation and analysis of the relevant literature, the author clarifies the meaning of the concepts of "development", "development idea", and the development idea of the Communist Party of China, and recognizes the theoretical guidance, ideological source and practical basis of the construction of the development idea of the Communist Party of China. And the western development concept of sublation and transcendence. For the further development of this paper, lay a foundation. The second chapter: the investigation and grasp of the evolution of the CPC's development concept since the founding of the people's Republic of China, which is a main content of this study, is also a focus of this study. By means of historical analysis and comparative analysis, the three important periods in the ruling process of the Communist Party of China from the founding of New China to the reform and opening up, from the beginning of the reform and opening up to the holding of the 18th National Congress and since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China were investigated and explored. This paper explores and grasps the basic historical process and core achievements of the evolution of the CPC's development idea since the founding of the people's Republic of China, and provides the basis for further exploring the characteristics and experiences of the evolution of the CPC's development concept. The third chapter analyzes the basic characteristics of the CPC's development concept since the founding of the people's Republic of China, which is one of the difficulties in this paper. Due to the lack of relevant literature, the author summarizes five basic characteristics on the basis of literature review and in-depth analysis, that is, the unity of inheritance and innovation, the unity of national interests and the interests of the people. The unity of overall development and key construction, the unity of social development and environmental protection, the unity of self-development and the common development of the world. Chapter four: to analyze the basic experience of the evolution of the CPC's development idea since the founding of the people's Republic of China, which is another important and difficult point in this paper. On the basis of the above conclusions, the author summarizes five basic experiences by studying the relevant literature and examining the practical effect of the Communist Party of China since the founding of the people's Republic of China. That is to say, we always regard development as the party's goal of struggle, always adhere to the basic viewpoints, stand and methods of Marxism, unswervingly follow the road of development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and always take the realization of the fundamental interests of the broad masses of the people as the value goal. Keep pace with the times and have the courage to innovate.
