【摘要】：瑞典社會(huì)民主黨是北歐地區(qū)左翼政黨的主要代表,在整個(gè)歐洲政壇有著舉足輕重的重要地位。自誕生以來(lái),它就處在不斷的發(fā)展變革中,是一個(gè)銳意改革和不斷進(jìn)取的黨。冷戰(zhàn)后瑞典社會(huì)民主黨在政壇上的沉浮變化及進(jìn)行的革新演變不是偶然,而是在特殊的時(shí)代背景下進(jìn)行的,是復(fù)雜的國(guó)際、國(guó)內(nèi)和黨自身因素綜合作用的結(jié)果。國(guó)際上,瑞典社會(huì)民主黨正處于冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束、全球化一體化及信息化加速推進(jìn)、后物質(zhì)主義價(jià)值觀興起的形勢(shì)之下；國(guó)內(nèi),黨面臨著社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)變化、與工會(huì)關(guān)系日益疏遠(yuǎn)、生存空間受到右翼政黨擠壓、移民社會(huì)問(wèn)題凸現(xiàn)的新現(xiàn)實(shí)；黨內(nèi),則有著意識(shí)形態(tài)迷茫、政策主張模糊、組織執(zhí)行力減弱的黨情。正因?yàn)槭狼閲?guó)情黨情的變化,瑞典社會(huì)民主黨深受影響,長(zhǎng)期執(zhí)政的地位優(yōu)勢(shì)已成明日黃花。這讓它認(rèn)識(shí)到,已經(jīng)到了必須變革的時(shí)刻。理論、政策和策略是冷戰(zhàn)后瑞典社會(huì)民主黨革新演變的基本內(nèi)容。冷戰(zhàn)后,瑞典社會(huì)民主黨不曾停止前進(jìn)的腳步,一直繼續(xù)探索具有瑞典特色、適合瑞典國(guó)情的革新之路。理論上,經(jīng)過(guò)深刻的反思,黨對(duì)自身發(fā)展有了新的定位與認(rèn)識(shí),放棄了自己是工人階級(jí)政黨的傳統(tǒng)立場(chǎng),強(qiáng)調(diào)自己是跨越社會(huì)各階層和集團(tuán)的黨。同時(shí),在堅(jiān)持社會(huì)民主主義核心價(jià)值的根本原則不變、對(duì)其具體思想內(nèi)涵做適當(dāng)修正的基礎(chǔ)上,黨對(duì)社會(huì)主義進(jìn)行了深度思考：重新闡釋了社會(huì)主義的奮斗目標(biāo),決定在名稱(chēng)上淡化社會(huì)主義色彩,更多的從抽象的意義上、從倫理道德的角度去談?wù)摵兔枋錾鐣?huì)主義的內(nèi)涵。而從最新修訂的黨綱中,可以看到,在該黨發(fā)展的未來(lái),多元的價(jià)值、包容的思想、民主的方式、綠色的發(fā)展會(huì)是新的趨勢(shì)。政策上,該黨繼續(xù)推動(dòng)企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新與改革,以促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)；鼓勵(lì)研究與開(kāi)發(fā),加大科研投入,優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)；倡導(dǎo)建立綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。同時(shí),還在教育、移民、福利、就業(yè)與勞動(dòng)等方面做了大幅度調(diào)整。策略上,為迎合選民需求與提高支持率,該黨在宣傳、組織、競(jìng)選三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了全面變革。它積極改善與媒體的關(guān)系,利用大眾傳播媒介宣傳自己；不斷完善成員結(jié)構(gòu)與加強(qiáng)自身建設(shè),促使政黨職能有效發(fā)揮；還通過(guò)選定充滿(mǎn)魅力的領(lǐng)袖與設(shè)立專(zhuān)門(mén)的競(jìng)選機(jī)構(gòu)來(lái)為上臺(tái)執(zhí)政保駕護(hù)航。經(jīng)過(guò)20余年的不懈努力,冷戰(zhàn)后瑞典社會(huì)民主黨革新演變的成效較為明顯。雖然從總體上來(lái)看,全球化、移民、極右勢(shì)力等難題仍舊擺在瑞典社會(huì)民主黨面前,亟待解決。但通過(guò)革新演變,該黨適應(yīng)了全球化、信息化的新形勢(shì),有效應(yīng)對(duì)了來(lái)自黨內(nèi)外諸多問(wèn)題的挑戰(zhàn),顯示出強(qiáng)大的生命力和在未來(lái)可喜的上升勢(shì)頭。不僅迎來(lái)了新一輪的執(zhí)政,還將繼續(xù)是歐洲政壇具有代表性的左翼力量。瑞典社會(huì)民主黨在冷戰(zhàn)后的革新演變主要有三大特點(diǎn),即理論反思迎合了時(shí)代發(fā)展、政策主張日趨務(wù)實(shí)、策略方針注重?cái)U(kuò)大黨的開(kāi)放性。此外,黨的革新演變是一種理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的轉(zhuǎn)型探索,既是黨內(nèi)理論家關(guān)于價(jià)值導(dǎo)向、政策主張和策略方針的設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)想,也是社民黨在實(shí)踐中將理論設(shè)想轉(zhuǎn)化為切切實(shí)實(shí)的改革舉措。正因?yàn)樵谡咄菩信c策略指導(dǎo)上有理論支撐,黨才得以走出發(fā)展的萎靡期,推動(dòng)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)跨上新的臺(tái)階；也正因?yàn)橛芯唧w的實(shí)踐舉措,該黨的理論綱領(lǐng)方可及時(shí)拾遺補(bǔ)缺,更為詳實(shí)貼切�？傊�,冷戰(zhàn)后瑞典社會(huì)民主黨的理論革新演變實(shí)踐不僅讓社會(huì)民主主義重拾了信心,也為探索新時(shí)期社會(huì)民主主義的變革和轉(zhuǎn)型提供了一種可資借鑒的模式,對(duì)其他國(guó)家左翼力量在新時(shí)代進(jìn)行變革具有參考意義和啟示意義。
[Abstract]:The Swedish Social Democratic Party is the main representative of the left - wing political party in the northern Europe region , and plays an important role in the whole European politics .
In China , the Party is confronted with the social structure change , the relationship with the trade union is increasingly alienated , the living space is being squeezed by right - wing political party , and the immigrant social problem is a new reality ;
On the basis of the change of the Party ' s situation and the change of the Party ' s situation , the social democratic party of Sweden has been deeply influenced and the status of the long - term ruling has become the basic content of the evolution of the Swedish Social Democratic Party .

In conclusion , the theory innovation and evolution of the Swedish Social Democratic Party in the post - cold - war period not only brought the social democracy to regain confidence , but also provided a model for reference for the exploration of the transformation and transformation of social democracy in the new period , which has reference significance and inspiration to the change of the left - wing forces of other countries in the new era .
