【摘要】：國內(nèi)學(xué)術(shù)界將"中產(chǎn)階層"視為社會政治"穩(wěn)定—緩沖"器的認(rèn)知看似符合靜態(tài)的中國社會結(jié)構(gòu),但就現(xiàn)實(shí)而言,卻忽略了轉(zhuǎn)型期中國政治社會情境的復(fù)雜性和過渡性。近年來,城市中產(chǎn)業(yè)主引發(fā)的愈演愈烈的鄰避運(yùn)動,更是挑戰(zhàn)這一傳統(tǒng)認(rèn)知。基于R市"核鄰避運(yùn)動"的視域,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)中國城市中產(chǎn)階層的社會政治功能在某一特定時間流下會發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)變,甚至出現(xiàn)了"穩(wěn)定器"和"動蕩器"兩個相對立的社會、政治功能。而差別階層特質(zhì)、中產(chǎn)精英上臺等內(nèi)部中介機(jī)制,以及怨憤情緒生產(chǎn)、政府內(nèi)部分歧等外部中介機(jī)制,是中產(chǎn)階層社會政治功能演化的深層機(jī)制。此外,值得注意的是,由于"身份限制"和"制度限制"的二重性,中產(chǎn)階層的社會政治功能往往并不會演變?yōu)?顛覆—異化"器。
[Abstract]:The cognition of "middle class" as a "stability-buffer" of social politics seems to conform to the static social structure of China, but in reality, it ignores the complexity and transition of the political and social situation in the transitional period of China. In recent years, the increasingly fierce neighborhood avoidance caused by industry owners in cities challenges this traditional cognition. Based on the perspective of the "Nuclear neighbor avoidance Movement" in R City, we find that the social and political functions of the middle class in Chinese cities will change at a certain time, and even two opposing societies, "stabilizer" and "turbulence device", will emerge. Political function The characteristics of different stratum, the internal intermediary mechanism such as the middle class elite coming to power, and the external intermediary mechanism such as the production of resentment and anger, the internal division of government, are the deep mechanism of the evolution of social and political function of the middle class. In addition, it is worth noting that due to the duality of "identity restriction" and "institutional restriction", the social and political functions of the middle class often do not evolve into subversive dissimilation.
