【摘要】：當今中國正處于人口老齡化形勢加劇的大背景之下,養(yǎng)老矛盾顯著。傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)老方式存在著種種不足,這在很大程度上阻礙著中國城市經(jīng)濟社會的前進步伐。根植于老年群體養(yǎng)老意愿及注重滿足多元化養(yǎng)老訴求的社區(qū)養(yǎng)老成為研究焦點,是合理解決我國現(xiàn)階段養(yǎng)老矛盾的關(guān)鍵,對其研究及探討具有重大的理論及現(xiàn)實作用。本文基于相關(guān)理論,采用文獻法、調(diào)查問卷法等方法,選取轉(zhuǎn)制社區(qū)中較有代表性的青島市華城路社區(qū)為研究樣本,探討其社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)存在問題及制約因素,并提出有針對性的完善建議。首先,確定研究目標及介紹相關(guān)理論。對社區(qū)養(yǎng)老的現(xiàn)狀進行了國內(nèi)外評述,并結(jié)合相關(guān)理論的內(nèi)容,為本文研究奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,選取樣本及數(shù)據(jù)分析。以青島市華城路社區(qū)老年群體為研究對象,并從運行機制、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、服務(wù)內(nèi)容、服務(wù)隊伍、服務(wù)滿意度五個層次分析社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)供給現(xiàn)狀;從社區(qū)老年人養(yǎng)老意愿及養(yǎng)老需求分析社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)需求現(xiàn)狀,并運用二元logistic回歸分析方法具體分析養(yǎng)老意愿影響因素。再次,提出問題及原因分析。通過對比華城路社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀及老年群體具體養(yǎng)老訴求,指出華城路社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)存在的問題;并從體制、資金、服務(wù)、宣傳、社區(qū)自身分析發(fā)展制約因素。最后,提出完善建議。在總結(jié)借鑒國外先進養(yǎng)老模式經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)之上,針對華城路社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)制約因素從政府主導、資金渠道、服務(wù)項目、專業(yè)化道路及信息化管理五個方面提出完善措施。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, China is in the background of the aggravation of the aging population, and the contradiction between the aged and the aged is obvious. There are various shortcomings in the traditional old-age system, which to a large extent hinders the progress of China's urban economy and society. It is the key to solve the contradiction of pension in our country that the community pension which is rooted in the old age group's pension will and pay attention to satisfy the diversified demand for the aged becomes the focus of the research. It has important theoretical and practical function to its research and discussion. Based on the relevant theory, this paper uses the methods of literature and questionnaire to select the representative community of Qingdao Huacheng Road as the research sample, and discusses the problems and restrictive factors of the community old-age service. And puts forward the pertinence consummation suggestion. First of all, determine the research objectives and introduce the relevant theory. This paper reviews the current situation of community pension at home and abroad, and establishes the theoretical basis for this study. Secondly, sample and data analysis are selected. Taking the elderly community of Huacheng Road in Qingdao as the research object, and analyzing the present situation of the community old-age service supply from five levels of operation mechanism, infrastructure, service content, service team and service satisfaction; The present situation of community old-age service demand is analyzed from the view of the community elderly's pension intention and the demand for the aged, and the influence factors of the community's old-age care service are analyzed with the method of binary logistic regression analysis. Third, put forward the problem and cause analysis. By comparing the current situation of community pension service in Huacheng Road and the specific demands of the elderly group, this paper points out the problems existing in the community old-age care service in Huacheng Road, and analyzes the restrictive factors of development from the system, funds, services, propaganda and community itself. Finally, some suggestions are put forward. On the basis of summing up the experience of foreign advanced pension model, this paper puts forward some perfect measures from five aspects: government leading, capital channel, service project, specialized road and information management.
