【摘要】：我國老年人口的激增,導致了社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老服務需求的日益擴大,并呈現(xiàn)出多元化的發(fā)展趨勢。養(yǎng)老服務的供給主體是養(yǎng)老服務人才隊伍,人才隊伍整體素質(zhì)的提高則有助于滿足養(yǎng)老服務需求。因此,對社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老服務人才隊伍建設問題進行研究,進一步提高人才素質(zhì),優(yōu)化養(yǎng)老服務人力資源配置,具有十分重要的意義。全文共分為七章。第一章運用文獻分析法和經(jīng)驗總結法闡述了國內(nèi)外關于養(yǎng)老服務人才隊伍的理論研究現(xiàn)狀和實踐探索經(jīng)驗,進而總結了人才隊伍建設實踐啟示。第二章對社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老服務人才隊伍的相關概念進行了剖析,并概述了相關理論。第三章基于需求層次理論對社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老服務需求內(nèi)容進行了分析,綜合運用定性和定量分析法并結合養(yǎng)老服務供需影響因素闡述了社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老服務人才隊伍的現(xiàn)狀。第四章對比分析了我國社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老服務人才隊伍存在的問題,并探討了其成因。在此基礎上,第五章和第六章構建了社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老服務人才隊伍問題解決平臺,并對其主體、構成、運作流程和運行保障進行了詳細的闡述。文章最后總結了主要研究工作、存在的不足、以及進一步的研究方向。文章的主要貢獻在于：針對社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老服務人才隊伍存在的問題構建了問題解決平臺,該平臺的四個子體系之間可以相互推動,形成一個良性循環(huán),對于完善社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老服務人才隊伍的建設具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The increase of the elderly population in China has led to the increasing demand for the community home care service, and presents a diversified trend of development. The main body of the supply of the aged service is the endowment service talent team, and the improvement of the overall quality of the talent team will help to meet the needs of the service for the aged. It is of great significance to study the problems to further improve the quality of talents and optimize the allocation of human resources for the service of the aged. The full text is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter, using the method of literature analysis and experience summary, expounds the present situation and practical exploration experience of the theoretical Research on the personnel of the service for the aged at home and abroad, and then summarizes the talent team. The second chapter analyzes the related concepts of the community home care service personnel, and summarizes the related theories. The third chapter analyzes the needs of the community home care service based on the demand level theory, and expounds the qualitative and quantitative analysis method and combines the influencing factors of the supply and demand of the old-age service. The fourth chapter compares and analyzes the problems existing in the community home care service personnel and discusses the causes. On this basis, the fifth and sixth chapters have constructed the problem solving platform for the community home care service personnel, and the main body, the operation process and the operation guarantee. The main contributions of the article are: building a problem solving platform for the problems existing in the community home care service personnel, the four subsystems of the platform can promote each other to form a good. Sexual cycle has reference significance for improving the construction of community home care service personnel.
