【摘要】：相比較于普通老人,城市獨(dú)居老人的物質(zhì)生活現(xiàn)狀和精神慰藉狀況有著一定的特殊性,他們物質(zhì)條件不充裕,長(zhǎng)期缺乏情感陪護(hù)和支持,需要得到家屬、社區(qū)和社會(huì)的關(guān)注與幫助。城市獨(dú)居老人小組互助服務(wù)以他們的養(yǎng)老需求為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合有關(guān)獨(dú)居老人養(yǎng)老工作的既往研究和實(shí)務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn),利用社區(qū)福利資源和基層組織力量,以社會(huì)工作專(zhuān)業(yè)價(jià)值和老年小組工作實(shí)務(wù)原則為指引,在蘭峰社區(qū)內(nèi)開(kāi)展了六次獨(dú)居老人小組活動(dòng),為老人們帶去歡樂(lè)。在小組工作前期,工作者和同工一起進(jìn)入社區(qū),訪談了社區(qū)內(nèi)多數(shù)獨(dú)居老人,也對(duì)一些典型案例的家屬和鄰居進(jìn)行接觸和交流,對(duì)社區(qū)內(nèi)獨(dú)居老人的生活現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,分析收集到的資料,進(jìn)行養(yǎng)老需求評(píng)估。另外,也對(duì)社區(qū)基層組織和工作人員進(jìn)行調(diào)查,了解社區(qū)基本情況和社區(qū)資源,查閱當(dāng)?shù)赜嘘P(guān)獨(dú)居老人的福利政策和措施,為小組互助服務(wù)的順利實(shí)施爭(zhēng)取資源和條件。在小組工作過(guò)程中,工作者以社區(qū)內(nèi)獨(dú)居老人為服務(wù)對(duì)象,以調(diào)節(jié)悲觀情緒和增進(jìn)人際交往為主要目標(biāo),以促進(jìn)組員間的合作與互助為基本任務(wù),建立獨(dú)居老人支持性互助小組,開(kāi)展豐富多彩的小組活動(dòng),為社區(qū)內(nèi)獨(dú)居老人之間的互助行為提供示范,鼓勵(lì)老人們攜手前行、共同積極面對(duì)生活。在小組工作后期,通過(guò)對(duì)每期小組活動(dòng)的記錄、分析和反思,工作者對(duì)小組目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)、小組關(guān)系發(fā)展和小組活動(dòng)效果進(jìn)行了評(píng)估,總結(jié)了本次小組互助服務(wù)的成功之處,也反思了小組活動(dòng)過(guò)程中的不足之處。作者以這次小組互助服務(wù)的實(shí)踐過(guò)程為研究范例,認(rèn)為在做城市獨(dú)居老人養(yǎng)老工作時(shí),需要我們深入實(shí)際了解他們的真切需求,根據(jù)實(shí)際情況來(lái)進(jìn)行有針對(duì)性的介入服務(wù)。作者也思考了社會(huì)工作介入獨(dú)居老人養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的局限性,認(rèn)為社會(huì)工作者在介入獨(dú)居老人養(yǎng)老服務(wù)時(shí),需要綜合運(yùn)用社會(huì)工作專(zhuān)業(yè)方法,也需要靈活處理專(zhuān)業(yè)價(jià)值和實(shí)務(wù)原則,還需要積極鏈接社區(qū)內(nèi)為的各方資源�？傊�,城市獨(dú)居老人的生活現(xiàn)狀和養(yǎng)老需求需要得到政府和社會(huì)的關(guān)注,在此基礎(chǔ)上,社區(qū)基層組織、老人家屬及親屬和社會(huì)工作機(jī)構(gòu)之間互相協(xié)作,共同獨(dú)居老人們安享晚年。
[Abstract]:Compared with the ordinary old people, the material life and spiritual comfort of the old people living alone in the city have certain particularities. They lack sufficient material conditions, lack emotional escort and support for a long time, and need their family members. Community and social concern and help. On the basis of their needs for the aged, the mutual assistance services of urban solitary elderly groups, combined with previous research and practical experience on the work of providing for the aged alone, make use of community welfare resources and grass-roots organizational strength. Guided by the professional value of social work and the practical principles of working for the elderly group, six solitary elderly group activities were carried out in the Lanfeng community to bring joy to the elderly. In the early days of the group work, the workers and fellow workers entered the community together, interviewed most of the elderly people living alone in the community, also made contact and exchanges with the families and neighbors of some typical cases, and investigated the living conditions of the elderly living alone in the community. Analyze the data collected and assess the needs of the aged. In addition, basic community organizations and staff are also investigated to understand the basic situation of the community and community resources, check the local welfare policies and measures for the elderly living alone, and strive for resources and conditions for the smooth implementation of group mutual assistance services. In the course of the group work, the workers take the elderly living alone in the community as their target, their main objectives are to regulate pessimism and promote interpersonal interaction, and the basic task is to promote cooperation and mutual assistance among the members of the group. To set up support group for the elderly living alone, carry out rich and colorful group activities, provide a model for the mutual aid behavior among the elderly living alone in the community, and encourage the elderly to work together and face life together. Later in the group's work, through the recording, analysis and reflection of each issue of the group's activities, the workers evaluated the achievement of the group's goals, the development of group relationships and the effectiveness of the group's activities, and summarized the success of the group's mutual assistance services. It also reflects on the inadequacies in the process of group activities. Taking the practice process of group mutual assistance service as an example, the author thinks that it is necessary for us to have a thorough understanding of their real needs and to carry out targeted intervention services according to the actual situation when we do the old-age care work for the elderly living alone in the city. The author also considers the limitations of social work in the care of the elderly living alone, and thinks that when social workers intervene in the care for the elderly living alone, they need to comprehensively apply the professional methods of social work, and also need to deal with the professional value and practical principles flexibly. There is also a need to actively link the various resources within the community. In a word, the living conditions and the needs of the elderly living alone in cities need the attention of the government and the society. On this basis, community grass-roots organizations, family members and relatives of the elderly and social work organizations cooperate with each other. The old people lived together alone in their old age.
