【摘要】：論文分析了民國時期福建歸僑團體的發(fā)展及其原因、其會員特點及組織結構;探討了國民黨對歸僑團體的滲透與控制以及歸僑團體的日�；顒�,以期較為全面地認識民國時期福建歸僑團體的歷史面貌。民國肇建,福建歸僑團體方興未艾;至20世紀三四十年代,社團所需各項條件更為成熟,形成了歸僑團體發(fā)展的高峰。其會員以歸國僑商最多,并以聯(lián)絡海內外僑胞為宗旨展開活動。政府在社會區(qū)域治理過程中,需要借助歸僑團體作為"中間人",在華僑、歸僑僑眷與僑鄉(xiāng)政府之間搭建溝通橋梁。但由于內在結構松散和國民黨黨部的控制,歸僑團體在協(xié)助處理涉僑事務中處于附屬地位,其功能與角色難以充分發(fā)揮。
[Abstract]:The paper analyzes the development of the returned overseas Chinese group in Fujian during the period of the Republic of China, its membership characteristics and organizational structure, and probes into the infiltration and control of the returned overseas Chinese group by the Kuomintang, as well as the daily activities of the returned overseas Chinese group. In order to fully understand the historical appearance of Fujian returned overseas Chinese groups during the period of the Republic of China. The founding of the Republic of China, Fujian returned overseas Chinese groups are in the ascendant, until the 1930s and 1940s, the community needs more mature conditions, forming the peak of the development of returned overseas Chinese groups. Its members are mostly returned overseas Chinese businessmen, and to contact overseas Chinese at home and abroad for the purpose of activities. In the process of social regional governance, the government needs to use returned overseas Chinese organizations as "middlemen" to build a communication bridge between overseas Chinese, returned overseas Chinese relatives and the local government of overseas Chinese. However, due to the loose internal structure and the control of the Kuomintang Party Department, the returned overseas Chinese organizations are in a subordinate position in helping to deal with the affairs concerning overseas Chinese, and their functions and roles are difficult to give full play to.
