【摘要】：當(dāng)前,歐洲正面臨難民沖擊、恐襲頻發(fā)等現(xiàn)實難題,無論是經(jīng)濟一體化還是政治一體化進程均受阻,主要根源在于其自身政策理念沒能跟上環(huán)境快速變化,導(dǎo)致歐盟患上了所謂"不適應(yīng)癥"。歐盟及其成員國采取了多重措施應(yīng)對,亦有一定成效,但深層次矛盾仍短期難解。從未來趨勢上看,一體化過程依然崎嶇坎坷,但仍將或快或慢地繼續(xù)前行,這也正是歐洲一體化自身發(fā)展的規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:At present, Europe is facing refugee shocks, frequent terrorist attacks, and other practical problems, both economic and political integration are blocked, the main root is that its own policy ideas have failed to keep up with the rapid changes in the environment. As a result, the European Union is suffering from the so-called "unindications". The EU and its member states have taken many measures to deal with the problems, but the deep-seated contradictions are still difficult to solve in the short term. Looking from the future trend, the integration process is still bumpy, but will still move forward quickly or slowly, which is also the law of the development of European integration itself.
