【摘要】：隨著社會人口的老齡化,城市急劇增長的社會養(yǎng)老需求與養(yǎng)老事業(yè)發(fā)展滯后的矛盾日益突出,城市機構(gòu)養(yǎng)老設(shè)施作為社會養(yǎng)老的補充力量,應(yīng)充分發(fā)揮其靈活性,有序協(xié)調(diào)城市養(yǎng)老資源。本文以徐州市主城區(qū)為例,充分研究分析當下機構(gòu)養(yǎng)老設(shè)施現(xiàn)狀,運用差異化分析進行養(yǎng)老資源的配置,從宏觀、微觀和政策引導方面提出了規(guī)劃應(yīng)對,推動城市機構(gòu)養(yǎng)老設(shè)施的有序建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:With the aging of the social population, the contradiction between the rapidly increasing social demand for the aged and the lagging development of the old-age service is becoming increasingly prominent. As a supplementary force of the social old-age care, the urban institutional old-age facilities should give full play to their flexibility. Orderly coordination of urban old-age resources. Taking the main urban area of Xuzhou City as an example, this paper fully studies and analyzes the present situation of institutional old-age facilities, applies the difference analysis to the allocation of pension resources, and puts forward the planning countermeasures from the macro, micro and policy guidance aspects. To promote the orderly construction of urban institutional pension facilities.
